Lovely helpful, professional staff. Very comfortable beds, good air conditioning and fridge. Great location. I couldn't get the TV to work.

We arrived very late at night and the reception staff were lovely. The room was clean and spacious and a pleasure to stay in. The only thing we didn't like was that the reception is in a different building from the part of the hotel that has private rooms. It was a bit difficult in the middle of the night.

Walking distance to many restaurants and the pond with temple. Electricity went off when we turned on the lights. Small fridge leaked water all over the floor. There were ants in the bed. Room felt dirty and energetically negative.

The hotel is in good location. Really near everything. Just walking distance for almost all coffee shops and restaurants. Not enough ventilation for rooms. When you open the window you'll only see walls. The water in shower area when taking a bath is not being drained good. The flooring on the shower area is not leveled to where the drainage is.

It's a hostel, so the expectation was that it will be noisy, but it was not. It was a very good double-decker kind of a place, and I really loved it. The curtains in the bathroom are placed in a way that the movement around the whole bathroom makes it smaller and uncomfortable.

We stayed at Nexy Living Hotel from 6th to 7th January for one night. The location is excellent, just about a 2-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, which makes it very convenient for exploring the Old Quarter. The room was spacious, apartment-style accommodation, with good airflow and all amenities exactly as mentioned on Booking.com. The room looked exactly like the pictures, which is always reassuring. While it was slightly on the costlier side for a one-night stay, it felt reasonable considering the prime location in the heart of Hoan Kiem area. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for travellers who want to stay close to the lake and Old Quarter attractions.

It's only a picture but the truth is not as you see. First off all you have to wait menmom 30 minutes to check in no one will carry you lageg and the way they speak to you is really bad I don't like this hotel at all

Clean The staff (cleaning staff). We for sure forgot a watch in the room when we left, a Gucci watch. Now I can understand its our fault first for forgetting such a valuable in the room, but it makes no sense that they (the cleankng staff) didnt see it when cleaning the room later.

Nice to have a room with space in Hanoi! Slow check-in process, as we had to walk to another location to check-in. Then the service was unnecessarily slow in the desk.

- Big Room - Staff is very friendly and helpful - We can use their hostel facilities before check-in and after check-out (5 min walk from the hotel) - Location is amazing, close to everything. We got a room with an outdoor kitchen. The balcony area could use some attention – we understand it's an open space, but the floor and the drawers where the kitchen utensils are stored need to be cleaned. Other than that, the room and bathroom were very clean.
