All perfect The breakfast staff to serious they should go with smiles

The staff was wonderful. They spoke English well. And the hotel was very clean.

great location for me in old quarter next to lake. my room was a bit dreary needs new carpet a mirror in the room as well. fitness center ok needed some balls & mats for stretching.

The location, the breakfast and the staff were all very good.

The breakfast wasn't great; the food was always cold. The location was nice to be able to walk to most places, but it's located on the busiest part of the street, it's very hard to get through the traffic, especially in a grab or taxi.

The hotel is in a great location in the old city, near the lake. The room was completely fine. Foremost, the front desk frustrated us because we had requested a late checkout, which we thought we had been allowed, but we received a call from the front desk AFTER checkout time, that we needed to leave. So we had to rush around in order to avoid a charge. The room is small, the bathroom seemed like it needed a good scrub, and the hotel is on a loud street. Not really complaining about noise because we did know and want the location. So this is more something to be aware of, than an actual complaint.

Central location if you love the buse life style of Old Ha nội quarter. The staff are very helpful and smiling e specially les ladies from the restaurant in the morning. it looks old, sad

Breakfast, location, and rooftop view

This was our first visit to Hanoi so we were probably a little apprehensive for the first few hours. but the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful so they put us at ease immediately. We stayed in the Premier Deluxe Twin Room. It was perfect - clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was great. We are vegan but still found enough variety to satisfy us and the restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive to all guests. Unfortunately we didn't get to try out the rooftop bar as it rained during our stay and the bar sitting area is exposed to the weather. There wasn't really anything that I didn't like or that could be changed. It was very noisy at night, but you're in the middle of the Old Quarter which is full on and busy and people are out late having fun, so I do think every hotel room would experience the bustling street noise - it is part of the atmosphere. Saying that, we stayed in 2 different rooms on 2 separate stays. Our 1st room looked over the street which I liked, but it was noisier than the 2nd room which had only 'internal windows'.

Location Bathroom door is right next to the bed, poor design. We could drive to the hotel because street was closed at night, we called the hotel asking for help transporting the luggage but no one came to help, we had to drag as the luggage ourselves through the market, a long way to get to the hotel. Bad customer service!

Nothing not to like. Great location in Old Town Hanoi. Not too noisy considering the central location. Great spot to access everything - within walking distance of the lake. The staff were incredible. Special mention to Christine and Hannie. Above and beyond expectations. Breakfast great. Room size good. Would recommend. Nothing comes to mind.

Convenient going to everywhere. Almost full rooms.
