The location and the staff are excellent. Though I felt the rooms needs some modifications as they are old style with bulky beds. But still good enough. Everything was perfect. Be it for breakfast with limited variety but still decent enough.

The staff at the royal holiday Hanoi hotel are so kind and go out of their way to ensure an amazing stay! It is the perfect location and rooms are clean, air conditioned and have everything you need! Breakfast was also delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Good customer service!!

The hotel staff are the friendliest staff we have come across. They genuinely care about the guest to ensure they have a pleasant stay at their hotel and Hanoi. The location is perfectly situated in the old town and super close to the lake. We had two rooms and the hotel staff ensured we were on the same floor. The breakfast is made to order, with plenty to choose from. Wifi worked perfectly. Air conditioning worked great. Nothing we didn't like.

Cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The hotel staff were very professional and helpful - offering advice on things to do in the area and in town. The hotel itself was super cute and modern, very clean. The room had a window, which was great. It was a perfect location for us. We were right next to lots of shops and the night market. Breakfast was great too.

Kevin was so wonderful, helpful, and friendly. I was greeted with orange juice on arrival. Kevin was helpful in helping me to arrange transportation between my other location.

Location was excellent - really close to the lake. Staff were very attentive and friendly - they were always willing to help. Breakfast was good and promptly served. Beds were good. Rooms were clean. This is a great little hotel. Nothing.

Staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. They greeted me and offered assistance with anything I might need. And even though I only had one flight of stairs with a small piece of luggage I could have handled by myself, they helped me with my stuff to the room. It was also very handy that they provide you with toothbrushes and toothpaste, comb, cotton set, and shower cap. This was all perfect for my one night stay. It seemed like the last guests left their airline slippers/loafers in the room and housekeeping didn’t take them out, which made me question the cleanliness of the place a little bit. But it wasn’t a big deal.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything, with shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, and even a beautiful lake nearby. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel was impressively quiet, which made it easy to relax. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, always willing to help. A special thank you to Kevin, who made us feel especially welcome with his thoughtful and attentive service. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and genuinely great service! Nothing I could think of.

Super nice , helpful staff! Really above and beyond . Nice breakfast. Ginormous bed! Slept great. Excellent location . It’s just a little old and style wise outdated and not a high end hotel but if you want genuinely helpful, comfortable and clean this place is an excellent value and I would definitely stay here again.

Every member of the staff is SO helpful and kind. We also had them book 2 of our tours, which were comparable or better priced than Viator, which is my normal go to booking site. It was nice to let them to confirm all of the pick up details since the Old Quarter can be quite confusing with similar hotel names. The language barrier can be significant with tour company employees / drivers even though the guide speaks English. The location is perfect in the Old Quarter, central to all activities. There is a breakfast menu to select what you would like the kitchen to prepare. Great coffee, made fresh every cup. Nothing fancy for food, but a great way to get a hot meal before starting your day. They start serving at 6:30 am. I have no complaints at all.

That staff are so wonderful, kind, and helpful! The room was very comfortable and suited my stay. I wish there had been thicker or blackout curtains in the room I was assigned because the large, bright neon sign faced the room and even with the thicker decorative curtains drawn, to h light from the sign was quite bright
