breakfast was not in the hotel and was in a different hotel, with very less options or almost no option for vegeterian , its not in the main road , so have to walk with luggage to enter to hotel.

Nothing. Advertised pictures did not match the reality. Wanted to leave immediately and asked for a refund which they refused to do. They moved us to another hotel which was slightly better. Reviews are fake.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Staff took care of everything from car service to money exchange. Room safe was not working.

I stayed here twice (once for 4 days and then 1 night after a visit to Halong-I had booked in advance of my arrival to Vietnam). Both times 10/10 reviews were posted under my name, which I did NOT submit and don't sound at all like how I write. I remember being asked to show my confirmation email on check-in and perhaps that is how they were able to get my info to do this (I have alerted booking and have not received a response as of yet, in the interim I deleted the first fake review but another one was posted after my 2nd stay-which I am editing to become this post). It's a shame because I would have given this hotel a decent review: the location is great and the staff seemed friendly (although perhaps untrustworthy). The room was ok. Breakfast is at another hotel and is not good (despite what the fake 10/10 review said!) but there are so many options around Hanoi this is not a big deal. As stated, it is not a bad hotel but you can certainly find others in the area that are of similar quality and at a lower price. I am leaving a 1 star review because their practices are unethical and I wish to alert others that many of these 10/10 reviews may be fake.

I loved the interior design of this hotel. It has a very chic and modern vibe. The rooftop bar offers a stunning view of the skyline. A great place to relax!

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the room had a spacious desk which was perfect for work. The breakfast spread was also impressive and served early enough for my meetings.

The location is great with a short walk to the lake and in the heart of the historic district. Everything is right there. Potential guests should be aware that the hotel is in a busy, narrow alley not accessible by car - so luggage will need to be carried 1/2 block and Grab pickup can be a bit tricky. From the rating we were expecting a 4 star hotel and it is not at this level. It is clean and a good location, but otherwise a disappointment. We had an inside room with a frosted “window” on to the hotel air shaft. At night a bright light shone in making very difficult to sleep. (Photo) Hotel staff did were efficient at check in but lacked the friendly warmth that we’ve enjoyed with all of our other hotels. This is the only reservation in Vietnam that we regret making as there are so many other options available.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.
