Very quick one night stay. Tucked away on quiet street but in the middle of old quarter, incredibly friendly staff, comfortable bed, great price. Even got an upgrade for free. Nothing to think of

The hotel is very close to the lake and we enjoyed that convenience. The staff is amazing and they worked very hard to make your stay enjoyable The photographs of the hotel are likely enhanced but it appears that every hotel in the area is doing the same thing. I would suggest that you not use the laundry service. They turned one of my white shirts a light blue.

The hotel is in an extremely convenient part of town - close to the lake and shopping. The staff, especially Cara, were so attentive and responsive at all hours. The massage and facial were excellent and for a great value! Overall would stay here again! The room was small and you could hear any noise from the hallway, and the room itself felt a little old.

Great location in the Old Quarter and the staff were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they were quick to help in any situation. The balcony room had lots of space and was clean. They even set up the room with balloons and towel swans for our anniversary. Would recommend it! N/A

This was the cutest hotel with the best staff. They were going to let us keep our bags there early until it was time to check-in, and then instead upgraded our room so we could just check-in. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they really made this a memorable stay. Nothing. Everything was perfect!
