I loved staying here. The location is perfect. Short walk to everything I wanted to see and do. Seamless check-in on arrival. Nice decor. Great communication. The bed is very comfortable. Showers hot. Air-con perfect. Plentiful food options. Great Wi-Fi. Fantastic management and staff, friendly and caring. One of my favourite places in Ha Noi Nothing

Everything was excellent from beginning to end. The kindness shown by the host was beyond any expectation. The location was perfect too, close to every place of interest in Ha Noi old quarter and the room was unbelievably beautiful, quiet and cozy in every sense. Definitely the best hotel I was lodged in my trip. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and its owner. The only negative thing is that my stay couldn't be longer.

the property was unbelievably slow to respond. it was a frustrating and infuriating experience. refer to actual screenshots. We reached their location and waited for about an hour. the doors were practically closed and there was no one there. they were impossibly slow to respond. and when they did, they booked us a hotel extremely far out of town. WITHOUT CONSULTING US. we had to look for another place at the old quarter. i would caution anyone keen on this place.

superb location, 3 min walk to busy old quarter, that means this hotel locates on the edge of center area so you won't have to deal with the busy noises all time. You can basically get everything you need in 5-10 mins walk: coffee, bars, clubs, various restaurants, souvenir shops, ATMs, Hoan Kiem Lake...etc. The staff, that good-looking guy in suit is polite and responsive to my needs, reachable via WhatsApp. When I asked about where to buy snacks, he eventually offered to buy for me instead. The room is large too, feeling homey. Can't say hygiene is 100% satisfactory but I think it's good enough. Some might worry about security as the elevator goes straight to the room, without any doors, but in fact it's locked and only the key of that floor could open it. This is something to remind. Sound insulation is not good, you could hear the elevator going up and down and showers from other floors. That means I'm also a bit careful when I'm active at night. They provide basic necessities like brushes and shampoo, towels, but the trash bin is a bit too small and without garbage bag. Honestly I quite like this place, staying on the edge of the busy district is very much preferred, so I don't have big things to complain about.

I loved to stay here, is a great studio with everything you need. Really comfortable bed. Perfect location, close to everything. Great staff, friendly, kind and ready to help all the time.

The apartment was very well equipped and in great location. Easy check in and check out process. Would 100% stay here again! The bathroom was not very clean and the noise from the elevator woke us up a couple of times during the night. Also pay attention that the elevator directly opens to the apartment, which scared us at first but actually you can only go to the certain floor if you have the right chip for it so it is safe (we just had to test it and figure it out by ourselves as the host didn't really explain anything to us)

Huge bed and excellent location

I liked how everything was contained. It had a washing machine which I was able to use and that made things easier for me. I didn’t like the leftover rubbish in the bins or the fingernail clippings still left near the sink. Cleanliness is a big one for a hotel.

To say this was a last minute booking as our last booking fell through we was so happy it did as this place is amazing for the price you get a full apartment with kitchen washing machine and a nice view of the busy old quaters and your only walking distance from everything especially the night market . If we ever stop in hanoi again this will be the place we will stay. When going to your floor you go up by elevator that takes u to your room . Pictures realy don't do this room any justice at all it realy surprised us how good this place is. It's not realy a bad point but as there no reception it took us a while to check in and had to ask someone stopping at the apartment if they knew how to contact the owner but when we did it was all sorted in minutes.. The only other thing we struggled with, but again, nothing bad is that if someone was going to there apartment at night you could hear the elevator ding to get to there level and due to how busy the night market if this happend multiple times at night so if your a light sleeper this may wake you up

Little aparthotel in the heart of the old quarter. Great, spacious bed, and room equipped with everything you need. Small bathroom and kitchenette. Friendly staff that accomodated our late checkin and very early checkout. It is a bit loud due to its location. Even though it has a kitchenette and washing machine, according to the house rules one cannot use them. The access to the room is made via an elevator that leads straight to the room which made us a little bit uncomfortable about our safety in case someone from the other floors could somehow get to our room.

Exceptional

Excellent location near beer street and also right next to the Group Tour bus office. The bed was the comfiest bed we've had so far. Great value for money with a washing machine as well. Nice modern bathroom. We would stay here again. We could have done with a drying rack for clothes but really that's it.

This place is great, we have stayed her more than once during our trip and I would stay here again. Bed is great, location is great, can’t complain Nothing

bed was very comfortable, rare in Vietnam daily light in the flat in the city center with elevator full furnished the flat is of 10 but … cleaning could be improved kitchen without cutlery tv remote control without batteries but especially NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER

The location is perhaps the most ideal possible in Hanoi. Extremely close to beer street and lots of great restaurants at the end of the road. Despite it being so close to everything going on it is located down a quiet street and so i consider this perfect. Hung was absolutely fantastic and helped me with so many things and went out of his way to do so. Even after I'd checked out he was happy to lend me towels so i could go to the gym and leave my bags in their very safe office until it was time fro my taxi to the airport in the early evening. He also organised my transport for me to the airport, which was by far cheaper than a normal taxi would have charged. I quite simply had nothing to complain about and was beyond delighted with my whole experience. Very strongly recommend this property to anyone and Hung and his staff are doing an excellent job! Will only book here when I return to Hanoi! There was quite literally nothing I could complain about

The location is perfect! Everything you need is close by. Minh is absolutely fantastic! He was so kind and organized pickup from Airport. He was able to answer all my questions and no doubt he would do anything to help out. The studio is equally great. It's so perfect, everything you need is included. There is also a lovely tea house downstairs. I would 100% recommend.

The best stay possible in Hanoi. The place is comfortable and very well located in the Old Quarter. The staff is also amazing, Ngoc and her colleagues are so friendly and were always asking if I needed something (specially food). They showed me some nice places to have dinner and drinks in Hanoi, making it for me an unforgettable stay. I'm so grateful and just looking forward to come back!!

The room was spacious and comfort for this value of money. It has kitchen, washing machine, smart TV and it seems new. Assess also easy during weekend due to some road closed. Owner also helps me to buy bus ticket. Will repeat again in future. Water pressure is slow in bathroom. But it is ok. If it can increase more pressure, it will be great. May get little noisy due the road traffic, but if you close all the curtains it become less. I got a good sleep anyway.
