Very comfortable and nicely appointed with amenities. Great location. Kinda wild having zero staff on-site, but the automated check-in process went super smoothly.

The location was fantastic! So close to the two train stations and the ferry pier. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and I was able to get assistance almost immediately when we couldn't get wifi access. That we couldn't stay longer ?

Great location. All the communications from the hotel with the checkin instructions were excellent! The hotel was quiet- most enjoyable as some recent places we've stayed have been so noisy- sounds like people doing zoomba in the nearby rooms (some people really need some lessons in hotel etiquiete...) - So this was a much needed refreshing stay! Even found the complimentary skin lotion to become my favorite.. Hotel was listed as no pets, but there were pet accomodaation supplies in the room (water bowls, pads, etc) Excperienced some allergy issues when I sat on the couch- so suspect there was some lingering pet dander residue- although the couch looked clean... The shower needed some attention, could have been a bit cleaner... bathroom and sinks were imaculatly clean.

No elevator. At little bit smell. Poor soundproofing.

The location is great for people wishing to visit Miyajima island, since it is very close to both the railway station and to the ferry terminal. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Somewhere to stow our folding bikes

Very aesthetically appealing. Small building so I could hear every time someone came in through the front door.

We were able to rest after a long day of travel with our pups. A really hard thing to find in Japan overall. Too expensive and the check-in process was too long. However, with so many tourists, I understand the intrusion to cover for any damages.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean The website did not indicate there is no elevator available. Moving large suitcases up to and down from the top floor was very awkward in the steep and tight stairwell. Found it difficult to properly control the heat pump / air con in The English translation of the instructions were inadequate.

It was clean. Shower was good Checkin process. No lift and stairs were steep. No Tv it was a projector and could only be watched on one wall. No cupboards.

The place was clean and fairly good value, being so close to the ferry, our reason for choosing this location. We did have an issue as the hotel isn’t staffed and the check in process can be a bit long winded. Plus there were frosted small windows high up in the walls that were hard to open and didn’t provide a view. When we did open them the smell of diesel from the ferry’s came into the room while the ferry was running. This is a side effect of booking close to the ferry!

Close to train and ferry port. Room was good size and clean. Came with towels and toothbrushes and coffee and tea First impression was very unsettling with a dingy unmanned lobby that was dirty and had spider webs. There was no elevator to get to the rooms. TV was a projection unit that was hard to manage. Screen in bathroom needs to be replaced as was dirty and moldy. Unmanned automated checkin was annoying. No room safe. Room had a musty smell that needs to be aired out. Windows were small and out of reach so could not be opened.

Only the location that's near to the station, that's all and nothing else. 1) stupid login system - you need to turn the knob to left in GREAT STRENGTH at the main door, if not you have to key the access number again. - you have to preregister the login to have the QR code before scan to the tablet given on the bar table. While I did it a few times, the data show is incorrect date. I become panic and realise they only allow you to login after 3pm (I thought I book the wrong date) - with above issue, there is no way to call that given contact number cos no one answer only with ring tone. - finally managed to login after 3pm and there are steps to scan passport and photos. (OK the process is fine after all the panic hassle) 2) Hotel lobby - it look like ghost hotel with no light, only at tablet corner. Bar table cover with plastic sheet , find it errie. 3) room - room is big and clean however the mattress too soft until you can fall off from the edge - my room is 301 , have to carry luggage walk the stairs ? - room with NO window, is weird 4) seem like no one stay except me and my friend that night, we feel unsecured and uneasy, we turn on all the lights to sleep. Basically this is 'ghost' hotel with no one around, when need help for system login no one can assist you and leave you in panic, crack the head to resolve it yourself. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!
