Elmi Suites Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

Location, next to the beach. The food was testy with a good variation, all included option was nice addition. The staff was nice. Several swimming pools. No activities for children, the room was not always cleaned properly. Although there were several sweampools, overall they are all relativly small with no major difference between them.

Location was nice, staff is generally friendly and helpful (as long as you are/speak Greek). Decent variety of food at the buffet and various other restaurants included in the “all inclusive” package. Snack bar was honestly the best place to eat, shame it’s only open a few hours in the afternoon. The only good bar was the one by the reception. The room was constantly ridden with mosquitoes. The staff was very obviously overworked and exhausted. A lot of the bars had one person working there, if any, during its “open” hours. The drinks were definitely watered down, but just order a double and it’s all good. Food seemed mass produced, but that makes sense for buffet style. It’s very clear the staff at Scorpion and the other restaurants nearby that are “included” in the all inclusive deal treated us like we had a disease. Would never acknowledge us, have to order two or three times to get a simple drink. 25€ per bed on the beach is insane, just bring a towel and sit on the sand. Don’t even bother making a reservation at the black pepper restaurant, the fish is good, the rest was less than mediocre. I recommend booking somewhere else and eating at any of the many amazing restaurants by the beaches. Tons of great options, decently priced, would have been cheaper and definitely better.

Excellent value break.good choice of food excellent location and choice of bars on site. Staff were really good especially bar staff and reception. Family room was a good size. Would stay again Nothing really but some of the double rooms looked to have small balcony/terraces

Rooms are exceptional. Very clean, new and functional. Menu is very tasty and varied. Staff is exceptional and the whole atmosphere is really comfortable. Many beaches and shops neaby. Sport equipment is great. The baked potatos were oversalted couple of times.

There was very clean and confy. The meal was diverse and good. We enjoyed. Thank you.

Perfect location, good room, and very kind staff at reception. cleaning service was poor even for money. I left money a few times and asked for cleaning. But еhe floor wasn't washed, and not all the towels were changed

Staff were nice and restaurants were nice enough. Other than that not a lot was good. Hotel has bed bugs, me and my partner are covered in bites, between us there are over 100 bites. The rooms and the rest of the hotel don't look like the photos - doesn't have a pool table/games room (it does in photos on various websites). Pools looked dirty, Squash court was very dirty and had broken tiles on the floor and the room next door was infested with flys and bugs. Water tasted awful and was I scared to drink it, tasted as if there was chlorine in it. Buffet food generally was very dry and not nice. They didn't tell us you needed to book into restaurants the day before so we missed out on that. Aircon in the room made us sick and gave us really sore throats.

The location is great, right by the beach on one end and the high street on the other. Also just about 20/25 mins to Heraklion Airport or about 45mins by bus. The room was a good size, clean/ modern with good Wi-Fi and streaming options such as Netflix, YouTube etc. I also enjoyed the all-inclusive as some hotels have not so great options, but there was a vast variety and tasty food/ desserts, there were also other options at local bars on the beach for snacks and cocktails in between the restaurant times included within the all-inclusive package. There are many pools onsite with free floaters which was great. The staff were really welcoming and pleasant throughout. They even surprised me with a birthday cake which was so thoughtful! :-D unfortunately we put it in the fridge but forgot it as we had to rush off to catch our flight. I will definitely be back again when I visit Hersonissos, great value for money! Nothing except unfortunately the spa manager was off sick during my stay so I couldn’t get a massage, but as it was in a busy area I was able to find a local spa for a birthday massage etc. However, the hot tub and sauna were open, but it has to be booked in advance.

The location was good and the swimming pool. Bathroom was so small. All in all the room wasn’t that clean. That om was full of mosquitos it was horrible for me. Next day we asked is there anything to do with. After that we got mosquito killer. Also, when we checked in the staff was so poor because I had to ask what time you have breakfast, dinner etc. So, she didn’t started by herself. Breakfast was okay but dinner wasn’t good. For vegetarian or muslim t so difficult to find food. There was full of pork options.

The localisation of the facility is very good, 10 minutes walk to the city center. Beautiful view on the sea in the area. The rooms were nice and spacious, very well equipped. The all inclusive meals were very nice - fresh vegetables and fruit every day and a variety of dishes to choose from. The reception staff was helpful and always nice. Generally, there was a clear feeling of segregation for all inclusive and "proper" guests, especially at the Scorpio bar. The drinks that were available were very disappointing in quality. Not only the alcoholic drinks - the soft drinks, including water and "juice" were rather undrinkable. The street food spot was a mistake. There was definitely not enough sunbeds by the pools for the amount of rooms and people accommodated in the resort. Also, there is a clear sign at the reception that the "booking" of the sunbeds is not allowed for more than 30 minutes, but it was ignored by the staff who did not bother to ask the guest to respect the rule. There is no convenient beach in the area. The small spots that are suitable for sunbathing are occupied as "private beaches", where there is a small amount of sunbeds for additional cost of 15 to 70 euro per person.

Room was 100 yards from the pool, food was amazing, everything was spot on except cleaning, there were spider webs behind the door, so much dust under the bed. Otherwise everything was amazing. Nothing
