No wifi anywhere except in a restaurant. No elevator. No mosquitos nets or mosquito repellents. No working phones in rooms. No snacks after dinner.

Friendly staff. There are many different pools on the hotel grounds, there is a mini water park. Gorgeous view. Coffee and tea are only served for breakfast, there are only 2 machines and you can stand in line until the end of breakfast.
-
extremely long waiting queues in order to get a pancake. bathroom looked like it survived ww2. cleaning of the pools was not done properly, you could easily see mold and dirt on the filters. electricity went out multiple times and took a considerable time to fix it

The restaurant is excellent and delicious. The hotel area is nice and well maintained, there is a children's playground and the children liked it there. The slides are good and the children were delighted. This isn't a bad hotel, but the receptionist is very bad, we were unlucky. It doesn't solve the problem. Absolutely not customer oriented. Aggressive, this is clearly not her favorite job. I recommend that owners change it and not buy it next year. You will only lose clients because of such employees. The rooms are dusty, the floors in the room were not washed well. But we almost enjoyed it, only these 2 moments spoiled the mood .

Not a lot, location was quite good This is classed as a 4 star....more like a 3 star Max Buffet was always a nightmare, cold food although it was a hot buffet, lack of plates and additional cutlery. No coffee at any mealtime except breakfast, glasses always short for the watered down inclusive drinks. layout was a bit werid, rooms were very basic for a four star. Inclusive drinks during the day were served by two grumpy men, who at times randomly shut one station for a break I guess which is fair enough but there should be more staff on a rotating basis as the queue become 15+ people. Chamber maid left our room unlocked one day and we were of site for about 10 hrs but luckily all was ok.... On the whole a bit disappointed, we ended up going next door for a few days at an additional cost but it was alot better

The location (right by the sea) of Eri beach, with it's own private beach, is perfect! Also the swimming pool with the water slides is very nice for the kids. And last but not least the barmaid Xara, who is working at the beachbar, is great/very friendly Eri Beach presents itself as a 4-star hotel but it is not 4-star by far!! The food/restaurant is a disaster. Way to many people in the restaurant, tables that have not been cleared everywhere, food and drinks on the floor and the quality of the food itself is very poor. Also, several members of the staff where unfriendly (woman at the reception, 2 bartenders at the poolbar). When you book 'all inclusive' then you should actually get all inclusive. Then you should not have to pay fot a lot of drinks (cocktails) anyway.

Beach good, swimming pools good , outdoors good . They don't make British welcome, the food is very poor, it's very clear that they cater mainly for German ,Russia ,staff at front desk are very rude , British are not welcome at ERI beach .this hotel only got four star because of their outdoors, create is a beautiful place with friendly people.

Just arrived home from a week stay, the pool facilities are great for children, the rooms were adequate and kept clean daily. Location was perfect The food was sadly the worst all inclusive food we’ve ever experienced, although we managed to find something daily. The drinks were terrible, alcoholic and soft drinks were not nice at all.

The location is great, close to Hersonissos main strip. Eri Beach is a complex that has outgrown itself massively. Its not just one hotel, its a combination of Eri Beach and Sun Bay, but without having any of the Sun Bay facilities or staff. FOOD - There's literally one restaurant to serve 2000+ people. Meal times are absolute carnage, if you can even find a table! Once you get past that challenge, it's time to play Hunt The Plates... The layout of the serving areas means you're stuck in huge queues wherever you go, whilst others are trying to squeeze past and get drinks/head to tables. The food itself is very basic and repetitive, the mass catering element meant that some meats were often either overdone (pork so tough it couldn't be cut) or underdone (turkey that was gelatinous and pink). 30 mins before the end of the mealtime, they start removing half the food, regardless of whether you're literally in a queue to get it, resulting in further pileups as everyone shifts over to the other side to grab whatever scraps are left. Forget about getting any ice cream, the queue for that at lunch and dinner is horrendous. DRINKS - The only all-inclusive drinks are soft drinks, watery beer, wine or brandy. Even getting these becomes a mission as the bars are massively understaffed and you face more huge queues. The cups themselves are tiny, less than 300ml. In the evening, they open the paid bar, where you'll be forking out €9 for a cocktail, €5 for a beer. EVENING ANIMATION - A kids disco that lasts 10 mins. With the same music, same dances. That's it. There is an amphitheatre but it was never used in our werk there (and we stayed in August so prime high season!) POOLS - The pools are clean and well maintained, with good play areas for younger kids. The waterpark has salt water, so make sure you go prepared with googles!
-
Good pools None of the food was labelled and also variety was poor. Entertainment and kids club practically non existent, same activety on every night and the childrens mini disco was the only entertainment the hotel offered! No games throughout the day or evening show! Very disappointing. The kids club was also shockingly bad

Amazing beach hotel , great food and perfect location right next to Star beach with lots of fun things to do. Kids entertainment was so much fun The beds were very uncomfortable, room wasn’t very clean .
