I was sad I only stayed at this hotel one night during my recent trip to Japan. The room was one of the more spacious ones I stayed in. It was very comfortable, and very conveniently located. The walk to and from the castle is very straightforward, as well as the station. In between there are plenty of shopping and dining options.

great location walking distance to train station. very easy to get there even on foot with our suitcases. The best was the cleanliness and big rooms. Everyday we see the cleaning staff marching up to the different floors to clean and all rooms were always fully attended to. The rooms are huge and there was space and more for our 2 suitcases. The toilet and bathroom are super with an auto sensor for the toilet. There is a thoughful installation of a curtain just outside the bathroom for extra privacy. This hotel really puts their guests first and we can feel that we are valued and cared for. I cant say enough about how good it is! And it is not even all that expensive ! nothing! It is the BEST hotel we have stayed in. Their website phtos dont do justice to how great it is. The lobby is spacious and nice smelling. The staff friendly and helpful. They lent us umbrellas when it was raining. There is free water for us to fill our bottles.

The stay was exceptional. The room was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of four with three beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet and conveniently located close to the station. The only downside was the location being on the opposite side of Himeji Castle, so just a little bit far but no big issue at all.

A cozy and comfortable stay with very hospitable front staff. Amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. Breakfast buffet was ample and featured delicious local foods. Seems a bit odd to have to go through two carparks, without specific provision for pedestrians, between the street and the building. There is a somewhat drab ten-minute walk, with hardly any shops or restaurants, from the hotel to the nearest station.

The rooms were much more spacious than I was expecting! And it had comfortable places to sit, both a desk and a side table and chair. (The twin room had two chairs, and there was room enough to drag over an extra chair and have an in-room meal together.) The breakfast buffet was good, and included both Western and Japanese options. My friends felt happy staying here. The microwave was annoying to use and noisy. They should consider a quieter model that has actual time dials.
