The hotel was in a great location- within walking distance of important sites. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping. Staff members were so friendly and helpful. Everything was great!

The location, the professional & friendly staff, the rooms’ design simplicity, calm and cleanliness. We fully supported & endorsed the hotel’s policy of employing deaf staff. We will certainly stay with the hotel next time. The elevator and its doors. There’s no sensor to keep the elevator’s doors open, we had to use our hands and bodies with force to keeping the doors open while we walked in & out of the elevator.

For a hotel at this price point, the location was superb. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the cleaners were unobtrusive. I stayed in two rooms - both at the front. In 301, the wi-fi was great but the air-con was underpowered for the room. Traffic noise was significant. I then moved up to the top floor (801) where the air con was terrific (although it leaked) the traffic noise was much less and there was a great view of the river. However, the wi-fi was struggling to get that far up the building and it really needs a booster about halfway up the building. However, the trade-off was worth it.

The staff are nice and the location is strategic. The bed is uncomfortable, can feel the spring inside. Can hear the noise outside the walkway.

The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The location was good. The room was a lovely size. Nice view from the room. I wish they offered breakfast. Guests were noisy in the hallway while we were trying to sleep.
