The area, to many paddlers. Trying to sell you cigarettes, sunglasses est. I was at a different area of district 1 last year and not a lot of paddlers. ?

We stayed at Adora Hotel from June 16 to 19 and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent—it's close to everything, with easy access to Grab, and is within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and Bùi Viện Walking Street. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We did experience an issue with the air conditioner during our first two nights. Since the hotel was fully booked, they couldn't transfer us to another room, but they immediately provided us with a fan to keep us comfortable. We appreciated their honesty and efforts to assist us, and by the third day, the air conditioner had been fixed. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations made our trip enjoyable. I highly recommend Adora Hotel and will definitely book here again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City. The only downside was that the air conditioner wasn't cooling properly during our first two nights. It was a bit disappointing, especially when we returned to the hotel after being out all day and the room was still warm. However, since we spent most of our time exploring the city, it didn't affect our trip too much. We really appreciated that the staff immediately provided us with a fan to make us more comfortable. My only suggestion is that the hotel check the air conditioning in each room before guests check in to ensure it is cooling properly. This small step would make the guest experience even better.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is old and needed major cleaning. We saw cockroaches twice at a free breakfast. We could not be brave enough to eat the breakfast there afterward.

The air conditioner. The air conditioner works, but it was a bit outdated and slow to cool the room. I didn't have any other major complaints.

I like all the staff. All helpful and friendly. The place is super near everything. ATM, restaurants, coffee shops, Bin Tanh market. Room is clean, however is shows that it’s a bit old because of the bathroom door. they also arranged birthday balloons for my friend. It was very sweet of them ? The grout of the tiles in the bathroom needs a bit of scrubbing and clorox, but the rest, all is good. :)

I really like to location of the hotel because it's literally walking distances to some of the tourist attractions in Saigon. Also, there are so many restaurants, cafes, and spas nearby so people won't get bored easily. There is also a public market nearby so if you want something cheap, you can buy there. Breakfast buffet was also very good and there is a variety (they served different dishes everyday). The room was also clean and very pleasant to stay at.

Location Lift not coming on time. Too much wait and only one lift. For 10 floor. Premier king rooms only one on each floor. And all are small and cozy. We have a four rooms but all are different and on different floor for family. Not together. Hallway are too narrow.

Prior to my arrival, Adora sent me several emails regarding selling my room and cancel due an invalid credit card. I don't know my credit card was invalid as I have a high limit and a low balance. Also Adora had already charged a balance on the same card. The email was received at 4:45am and I had until 2:35pm to respond. I received a call after 2:37pm stating my card would be charged. I attempted to explain the messages I received and that I made other arrangements after receiving the email of my room being cancelled. Adora would not listen and stated they would charge my card at a later date. This is unacceptable. I will be disputing this if my card is charged I will NEVER book with ADORA again and/or recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a lovely hotel, close to Ben Thanh market and short distance to restaurants and shopping centres. Great location. Family friendly. Room size are spacious. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Nil
