Ruby Saigon Hotel - Ben Thanh

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the location was great. I really enjoyed my stay.

It is closed to Ben Thanh Market and shopping area . Toilet shower does not work properly.

It’s right down the street from the Ben Thanh market and some of my favorite dining spots. It has a very modern feel to it, which I enjoyed the most, compared to its competitors. You can tell it’s newly renovated and a lot of thought put into its design. I enjoyed the bench by the window along with the desk in the room and the way the blinds allow light to come in and be able to enjoy Ho Chi Minh city from the comfort of my room, almost as if I lived there. The staff compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in nearby, excelled in welcoming and assisting us with settling in. As common as it is in most hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, the stairs leading up to the hotel can be a bit of a nuisance, but thankfully there is staff willing to help bring your stuff in. For me it’s always a selling point especially after a long travels.

Well located. Room had been newly redecorated and was fresh and clean. Very good value for money. Staff friendly and accommodating. There was nothing that I didn't like.

I didn't like anything there were ants everywhere and the lady at the reception didn't care. She was very bad

excellent location, clean room and friendly staff Not anything major. Room is small as expected. Booked for 3 persons, but only 2 pax stuffs are provided. Had to remind staffs. They quickly provided though

The staff could definitely use an attitude adjustment. There were drunk people entering rooms at very early hours of the morning, very loudly. The staff were very noisy in the morning.

Location. Staff is ok other than the Lady Receptionist We did not get the facilities as our booking. Lady Receptionist did not speak good when we pointed out the problem. At last we got a better room after a unpleasant argument.

Close to everything and clean.

Nice location, close to pretty much everything. Lovely staff Thwalls are thin, I could hear every thing and was woken up by the sounds from the hallway and the silicon in the bathroom had som mould.

Lovely staff, especially the lovely woman at reception, they helped me with any queries or questions I had, were keen to give me the best experience. Has a perfect location, smack in the middle of the city, nice rooms, and also quick and good laundry service! I can't fault it. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

Disappointing

Prime location People are not flexible

Room was a little small for 3 persons however it was clean air-conditioned worked well and bathroom was quite serviceable shower worked hot water was good enough for a good shower. Bed was a bit hard, a matrices topper could provide more comfort. The shower didn't have a full shower door so had to be careful not to get water all over the bathroom floor.
