actually - all hotels in Vietnam dont have anough shelfs for cloths. so its the most disappointed thing. view good is from the front rooms. Location is not perfect but taxi, shuttle or bycicles help to manadge it.

A terrific find just off the beach. Google maps shows a property in front. No longer there and now an open lot. Breakfast is huge and varied. Shuttle into town and An Bang beach throughout the day. All top notch. Highly recommend Depending on which room you select there is construction going on behind the property. Ocean front rooms have no issues.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was good. Its a short walk to a nice secluded beach and away from the noise of old town. There is a mart and some restaurants just a couple minutes away. Nothing to complain about, all good

We were impressed with everything starting from the warm reception from Sen at the front desk.Sen did everything she could to make sure we had a wonderful experience.This hotel is in a perfect location with many beaches near by. I recommend renting scooters to explore the whole area there’s lots to see.Sen will help get your scooters and suggest many things to do. A big bonus is this hotel has a wonderful buffet style breakfast included in your very reasonable priced room.Also daily room cleaning and the have soft beds . Absolutely nothing everything was great except the tv could be more modern with.youtube

The buffet breakfast was very good, a wide variety of food. Location is quite, close to the beach, and the staff was fantastic, helpful in so many ways, to make your stay as best as they can. I would have like to seen a clock at the front desk

The breakfast was alright; it had lots of variety. The staff were very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful beach view. The weather wasn't the best during our stay but staying in this comfortable hotel made our stay in Hoi An worth it. The free transport the hotel offered every day to Hoi An Ancient Town was very convenient, and you could see the staff were thrilled to do something for us to make our holiday the best it could be. They always solved our requests with a big smile, and you could see the big passion they have for their job. Despite the weather, the hotels pool was something I could not miss, and it was nice to have a swim and enjoy the view of the surroundings of this nice hotel. The location of the hotel isn't the best as everything is further than we hoped. Otherwise, there are no negatives that I have encountered during my stay.

The property was across from a small but perfect beach which ladies will rent loungers for way cheaper than the more popular beach in town, private, shaded, soft sand. The hotel is walking distance to a laundromat and food. Buffet in the morning and as great. Quiet area(no partying around)

Super nice, 1 minute to the beach which is super calm and empty compared to the areas nearby. Only 10 Minutes drive to town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer free bikes so you can explore the area. We will come back :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Fivitel! The staff were absolutely amazing. Sen and the front desk crew went above and beyond helping us. They absolutely spoiled our children, and it was such a treat being here. It felt like we were with our family the whole time. The property was conveniently located by the beach. If you need a taxi or a moped, they will call one foryou in mere moments, you’re on the way to your destination. They gave great recommendations for food and places the entire time we were here. The breakfast was exceptional, much better than we had anticipated. We will surely miss the staff at Fivitel!

We stayed here two nites The staffs were very helpful and friendly. We would love to mention Sen and Vy at reception. They always smile and call us by name They help us to change the flights The room is clean Thank you There are nothing that we don't like

20 minute ride to old quarter and 15 minutes bike ride to An Bang beach. Minor issue for us.

Right by the beach, nice sized rooms, small fitness space, rooftop pool is small but a lovely view. Breakfast included and free 30min foot massage. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service sent a free juice because my order was over a certain amount. Construction behind, not the hotel fault but the workers start on the hammers early in the morning.

They have amazing shuttle facilities for hoi an market. The pool is amazing with an ocean view. The rooms have wifi and beverages to enjoy the stay. The buffet option needs to be improved. If you are staying longer then the menu needs to be updated. Needs to have different kind of menu like English breakfast, Vietnamese and more.
