The staff did their very best to make this stay comfortable for me and my cats. I enjoyed the well-priced food -- it made me eat dinner at the hotel each evening instead of going into town. The pool was also lovely and refreshing each morning! Large, natural material rooms were heaven. One of the staff was careless and made my cat escape the room. As a pet friendly hotel, it would be good to put a sticker on the door or something so they are more aware. This caused me and my cat lots of stress. Luckily, I was able to call him back.

Such a stunning location (the view is incredible, especially at sunset and sunrise) and the resort itself is classy and has a lovely natural, minimal design which I prefer. The staff really went out of their way and are super friendly and helpful. The location is great being out of town, really peaceful and calm. Just a quick Grab ride into town Just the lunch/dinner food menu. No vegan options (though they did a great job of changing the fried rice for me), and the food in general doesn’t seem to a 5-star hotel standard. I would’ve liked to see like a Vietnamese fine dining menu, but I guess most guests leave to go to Old Town so there’s not much demand for lunch and dinner service

I think the Afternoon Tea thing isn't very necessary. The food comes from the morning buffet.

Everything was great. Just recommend to go to breakfast at 8.30 am earliest. Otherwise it can get busy.

we had a whole villa by he main pool. we had three rooms and a living room with our own swimming pool. we were given complimentary massages and high tea as well as cocktails. the staff were very very nice and the breakfast was excellent choice but maybe a bit more international would have been better. They gave us great tips on where to go to specially for New Years and their shuttle to the city is a very easy way for everyone to use. They didn't have gluten free option but they tried something on the second and third day. They play music from 7 am in the pool are and we could hear it from our room,I didn't mind but one of my family members didn't like it at all.

Pool area and the hotel was away from the huddle and bustle of the town. Maintenance was taking place in the room next door. I was awoke at 11.30 pm by a vacuum and then mop. I was awoken several days later at 8.15 am by someone sanding the door frame then the smell of varnish followed. I could hear tapping and drilling intermittently throughout our stay which continued into the evening. The a La carte food we ordered on two occasions was luke warm and returned to the kitchen. The clients are mainly big tour groups so the pool was quiet during the day but when they returned very very busy. Not a problem but many clientele used the pool from early 6.15 am until late post 10 pm even when the pool area was supposed to be closed. The noise from this was a problem and therefore the holiday not as relaxing as it should have been.

We had the best stay here, staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much. The food never let us down, breakfast was great with lots of choices, snacks and drinks at the lounge or pool were both delicious and incredibly cheap considering the location. Our room was fab, this came with a free massage and daily afternoon tea, both amazing. Not forgetting the hotels dogs, the little Pomeranians which are so welcoming. Hoi An, the hotel and its staff have been a real surprise and exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend, will definitely return to the hotel again. Tbh... a very minor issue, the gym could use air conditioning but has everything you need for a workout.

Staff were incredibly accommodating and the facilities were excellent. The pool was beautiful and had a great shallow area for children. Very nice hotel! One thing to note about the 2 and 3 bedroom villas is that they are essentially separate bedrooms connected via external staircase. Would be great for a small group of adults or families with older children but this was not suitable for my young family (children are 2 and 4 months old). This wasn’t clear when I booked but the staff were excellent and after speaking to them and they moved us to the penthouse for our 4 night stay.

The Staff were fantastic and extra attentive. Facilities are A+ as it's a brand new property. Private VIllas are amazing and the private pools are divine. A couple of minor things - if booking a 2 bedroom VIlla - be aware that it's actually 2 rooms one on top of the other so the only way to get between the two is via an external staircase - For us with youbg kids it meant we needed to split one adult and one child per room instead of being able to just leave our children in a room together. We spoke to the property about this, but again with young kids - the pool floors are a little rough and our kids bounding on and off them led to little cuts on their hands and feet over time (they spent ALL of their time in the pool). The staff were all over this though and very attentive so cannot fault their efforts to improve facilities.

Ty from the spa was amazing and the other young lady (forgot her name was great too, she stayed late because there was a misunderstanding between 1900 and 9pm for the opening times). Tuan was the most friendly at breakfast and my family loved her she took very good care of us. Daniel the manager also made sure that we were well taken care of. The afternoon tea and the free massages added exceptional value. The property is beautiful; the rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very one dimensional. The flavors were good, but they had the same or very similar items every day. The private pool in the villa was hot, more like a whirlpool/jacuzzi than a refreshing pool. It seems like the hotel is a weekend stay hotel. You’d see busses being dropped off on the weekend but nobody was ever at the resort. We basically had the entire resort to ourselves which was nice at times but it would have been nice to meet other guests. It’s very far from everything and the shuttle service is great but it doesn’t start until 3 and ends at 5, it’s extremely limited so you’ll have to use grab and spend about 100K to get to the beach or old town.

Breakfast is good with many different selection but still room to improve e.g. coffee, keep the rice cake warm

Friendly staff, great buffet breakfast and beautiful pool

Great Villas, spacious and modern Helpful staff Good to have the shuttle into HoiAn We booked thinking it had a gym, it does not. It is a room with minimal equipment, a treadmill that does not work, no airconditioning, sweat towels or cups for water.
