Clean and great value for money Breakfast was minimal and location was odd but no complaints

The room itself was clean and comfortable. There were also daily housekeeping if needed. Location wise, it is pretty close to the beach and they have a few eateries within a 15min walk. They have their own tailor and have recommended tours which you can register for. The hosts were very friendly and quick to rectify issues that we have. The swimming pool has chlorinated water and seems pretty clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and we think it is very valued for money. The location is far from most attractions hence do plan your transportation wisely. The dogs were adorable but they do create mini messes in the lobby area and do bark a lot which could affect your sleep if you're a light sleeper.

My bedroom at this accommodation was very nice, clean and quiet with balcony and more than enough room for a solo traveller. The bed, mattress and pillows were the best I had during my trip in Vietnam. The room was well equipped with kettle, coffee and tea, mini fridge and 2 little bottle of free water every day. The room was also cleaned daily at not extra cost. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the beach but a bit far if you want to explore the old town of Hoi An by walk. You will definitely need to rent a push bike or a motorbike. The hotel provides few push bikes but they are very old so I would recommend to rent a motorbike instead. The breakfast is enough to start the day and on Thursday we had a family dinner which was quite nice and it’s a good way to socialise with the other travellers. Hau the owner is a busy mum who runs 2 tourists business so it’s difficult to see her during the day but she gives you her WhatsApp and you can reach her there. The pool, was not very clean and didn’t feel to go in at all. In fact no one really used it during my stay. The other little problem is the usually there’s no one at the reception as the owner who runs the place is pretty busy with another business she has. Her kids were there to help but they speak very little English and were not very helpful.

It was a pleasant room We found that there wasn’t staff available when you needed them. When we arrived we had to upgrade to another room as we were quoted to adults two children. However there was not enough room for two children so we had to upgrade and pay the extra. The pool was green and didn’t look at appealing to swimming Over. It was far out of the way from any shops or restaurant dining making it hard to get dinner without leaving the premises. Overall, the room was small and the bikes weren’t available as they were broken

Good for the price. The location is good, just 10 minutes walking to the nearest beach. Good place if you want to relax far away from the city. The bathroom in the share room was perfect They charged you the drinks in the breakfast

Everything! It’s a nice place to chill, relax, unwind and recharge yourself. Sparkling clean and best facilities you can ever ask for! The bed and pillow are sooo comfortable and I sleep a lot here lol. I feel like a home after 2 weeks of stay. Had chance to meet most of the family members and they are lovely! Btw, was lucky to see the puppies of tiger, so cute. Highly recommended! Nothing.

I loved everything about my stay here. But obviously, the people managing this charming place are the best. There is something for all budgets. The single rooms are amazing and the dorms are super comfy. I had a bunk bed and it was the most comfy I had so far in Vietnam. The mattress was gentle the way I like it. Beside that, there is an amazing swimming pool and it’s just so well located, close to the beach and the rice fields. Furthermore, it’s a 10 min ride from the centre. Like you can read from the rest of the comments there is a tailor inside and you can ask anything you want, showing a picture, they’ll make it for you. And it’s way cheaper from what you’ll find in the centre and a plus is supporting the family business. They are also so accommodating and kind. I just booked a couple of days initially and wanted to extend but it was all full by then; they found a way for one night. Big love for them! Thank you much! I loved my stay very much ❤️‍?❤️‍?❤️‍?

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also liked the bathroom which was very clean and big. The atmosphere there was in general really nice and I felt comfortable and safe. If you like to have it calm then it’s a good place because it’s not very close to the center. In the price there’s breakfast included but without any drinks (you need to pay an extra fee for that) and from the food menu you can choose only one dish which isn’t much and the pancakes were too oily for me.

New guests are greeted with "welcome home," and that's exactly how it feels ? The entire family is incredibly friendly, and we could talk to them for hours. The hotel is in a great location, just 5 minutes from the beach. You can borrow bicycles for free or rent a motorcycle to ride into town. The hotel also has its own tailor shop, which the family also runs, and they made us several perfectly fitting dresses, shirts, and a suit within half a day - we've never looked so good ? The family dinner at the hotel was also a feast! Delicious food and a great atmosphere! We would return to Hoi An any time just for this hotel ?

We found this place last minute and it was a really lucky choice. The host is absolutely amazing and wonderfully helpful. She gave us a lot of tips what to visit. The hotel itself is very clean and the beds are the most comfirtable we had in Vietnam. :) They also offer free bikes so it takes a minute to get to a charming small beach.

Staff are helpful and welcoming. The villa is lovely, modern, and clean. The breakfast was great. It's a little far away from all the town excitement, and you may need a bike or a taxi to get around, but it's really nice and quiet. Walking distance to the beach :)

Cannot fault this place! Absolutely beautiful building with a pool, lobby area with comfy sofas, dining table. And right down to the last detail: queen size dorm beds, mattress comforters, large shower with two settings, AC, balcony, classy and understated interior design, choice of 3 breakfasts. And the family who run it are really friendly, invited me to eat with them, offered me a lift to a nearby restaurant. Two gorgeous lil puppies. Five stars all round. Highly recommended!
