HA Ocean Front Hotel and Apartment

An older style boutique hotel with a welcoming front garden and pool area. Reception staff were fabulous and we were so happy with the breakfast buffet selection, so much choice and the fruit especially was outstanding. We chose this hotel for its close proximity to Cua Dai Harbour, otherwise there isn’t much to see in the direct neighbourhood.

Very nice staff, cool atmosphere, great pool, private beach, big spacous rooms, tasty food, free bicycles, etc... Bed was a bit hard for us.

We have stayed at these apartments twice this month, we just had to go back and I'm sure we will in the future. So starting at the front desk the welcome you get helping with bags. A glass of fresh juice on arrival was most welcome.The rooms are without a doubt the best we've stayed in around Hoi an. The girls behind the bar and restaurant work constantly with a smile to make things comfortable for you, and they surely do. The food is incredible for the prices, and a big reason we returned as well as the fabulous staff, all over the property. We've spoken to the owners right through to the maintenance guys who are fantastic. The bar/restaurant area is so inviting with comfy chairs ,views of the pool. The beach is 100 yds across a road that's not busy. what more can I say, keep it up fantastic stay. One thing springs to mind. More beds and umbrellas on the beach please.

I traveled with friends and we had an early check-in included in our booking. We arrived around 9 AM, obviously too early, so we went to the city. At 1:30 PM, we received one room, and at 1:50 PM, the second one (10 minutes before the usual check-in time). Strangely, people arriving after us got their rooms sooner. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing – the bathroom was dirty, the curtains were torn, there was a musty smell, and I even received a glass at breakfast with lipstick marks on it. On the plus side, the breakfast was tasty, and they offered transport to the city twice a day. Apart from that, nothing special.

Very friendly and lovely property. It is away from the old town but grab is really cheap to venture out to old town.

Staff friendly with yummy breaky in a nice quiet residential area of Cua Dai Definitely need a moped to get about @ your own lesuire. Grabs are readily available.

This location was right across from the beach which was great, and provided as many towels as we needed. They also had umbrellas we could borrow for the day, free bikes, motorbikes for rent (good price), and the staff was all wonderful. The pool looked lovely (although it was a bit too cold during my stay for us to use it), but the indoor/outdoor dining situation was great. We were far from the main area of Hoi An, but right on the beach and it was not too bad of a bike in or a quick grab. We also used the laundry services which was fairly priced and very quick. We got extra blankets and pillows brought to our room upon request too, and enjoyed our small balcony. Our bed was quite firm, but I did sleep comfortably. My friend I was traveling with had trouble sleeping because of it. Not terrible, but if you're not okay with a firm bed, I would confirm before asking as it doesn't seem like this is true of all rooms.

We spent four days at the hotel with the family. the stuff was very friendly and also helpful with organising tours.the view from the rooms towards the sea is stunning, the back is less nice but we were very happy with our spatious family room with two bathrooms.we rent scooters at the hotel for a very good price. around the corner there are several nice locations for having a massage.the beach was nearby but unfortunately quite polluted.personally, I would have preferred more authentic asian style decorations (less western style) but this is only personal taste.bathrooms were great and beds extremely comfortable.

The staff were great, very helpful and let us check in early and stored our luggage after checking out. The pool was nice - a little cold but I don’t mind that and had it all to myself. Breakfast was plentiful- the food/coffee fairly average but plenty to choose from. Nice small, quiet beach directly opposite the hotel. Our room smelt a bit musty, the balcony was tiny and I think the hotel images were a bit misleading. The hotel is quite a way from the town/main beach area and as mentioned, there’s quite a few empty hotels around. However, the hotel provides free bikes to use and we enjoyed walking along the beaches to the restaurants each night, using a Grab taxi to get back but it might feel a bit cut off for those who are less mobile.

Clean and cozy room. They prepared the towel for the beach, orange juice welcome, free bikes. The price still high for the location and not included the breakfast.

This place was perfect, I was treated so well by the staff here. I didn't catch all of their names but everyone was exceptional. Nice clean hotel, nice breakfast in the morning and beach just across the road. Loved my time in Vietnam here. Nothing, everything exceptional.
