The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, the beds mattress was comfy , and the shower was great! Breakfast was ok and filling. Pool was great, with the beach less than 5 min walk across the rd.. Plenty of nice restaurants and shops very close by , a great vibe there, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating ... 9/10 for me.. thanks for an enjoyable stay :)

Another wonderful three week stay, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when in Hoi An. Proximity to the beach, across the road, ten minutes to Old Town, very clean room, lovely pool and delicious breakfast daily. But what makes this hotel special is the staff that go over and above for anything you could possibly need. These girls are amazing and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I reluctantly have to leave but look forward to next year when I will be back for even longer. A slice of calmness and heaven in a crazy world we live in today. Zero

Smaller hotel near the beach.The room is spacious and the balcony was nice.The pool is great.Breakfast was good. We rented a scooter which was great to visit My Son Sanctuary. I recommend the cafe near the hotel : Cuoi Bistro. The staff was very nice and Didi was especially awesome! The beach is not great.Its not well maintain but that is not the hotel's fault so it shouldnt restrain from staying at the hotel but if you're going for the beach take a scooter and go further.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Ancient Beach Boutique resort. We fell in love with the resort and staff. They went above and beyond, making our stay so enjoyable. Breakfast was always delicious and the staff were so accommodating when we had booked an early tour pick up. It was a bonus having the Spa services on site as we were able to book for massages and then just wander back to our rooms to relax. The staff in the Spa were as equally beautiful and very good. We booked the ground floor room which I feel like was the best. Fantastic value for money on top of the lovely experience. There wasn't anything we didn't like. If you are wanting to be closer to Old Town, and more lively action, this may be something you may not like. However, supper cheap and easy to get there. Download the Grab App and you can get into the Hussle bustle for under $10 (AUD).

The room itself was clean and spacious but the bathroom had some hair and spots when I first checked in. There was also no shower curtain at all, so if you tried to shower, water just got everywhere. I thankfully didn't see any bugs in the room, but there were cockroaches right outside. Also as a solo traveler, I would have felt safer on a higher floor rather than a ground level room with a door facing the outside side street. Overall my stay was fine, but if I were to come back, I would spend more money for a nicer place.

The room was huge and the beds comfortable. The staff are so nice and it a quick walk to a quiet beach and just a few bucks to get to a busy one or old town. Everything was great.

It advertises itself as beachfront, but it not on the beach. When you get to the beach, you have to pay for a sunbed. There is a pool, but it is quite small and by the road.
