Everything’s perfect, if you’re looking into it don’t think twice about booking! What really makes a difference is the dedication, attention to detail and superb service kindness from the receptionist and manager. We are very grateful for a very nice stay!

We were not able to enjoy breakfast bcuz we did not stay. There was a roach in a room and when we told the front desk, the didnt seem to care and dismissed us. We insisted on another room and felt that we were treated with animosity. We left the next day.

An absolute gem in Hoi An. Loved everything – the location is great, very close to the old city yet in a calm neighborhood. Very cozy room, perfect bed, and great breakfast. What is truly exceptional is the staff.

Our stay was amazing. The staff are so attentive and sweet! This place will always hold a special place for us as this is where my fiancé proposed. The girls were so excited for us! Our favourite place in all of Vietnam! Nothing!

We loved how comfy the room was and the balcony was a really pretty feature. The location wasn’t too far from the old town at all. Only a 10 minute walk from the market. The breakfast was really great and the staff were friendly. The bikes shown in the advertisement that are for renting aren’t great quality and we used a local vendor for those instead.

Very clean rooms, super friendly staff, yummy breakfast and a great location! Rooms not soundproof so could hear everything in the next room and not the properties fault but every night there were dogs barking for a good 40 minutes. Also one of the addresses on Booking.com is wrong and needs to be changed as our taxi dropped us to the wrong location.

The staff at the villa made our trip to Hoi An very memorable. The gentleman at the reception spoke great English and gave us great recommendations of food and restaurants to try. The ladies who cooked our breakfast were awesome, they always met us with a smile on their faces and always giggling and laughing. We felt really welcomed. They also did our laundry for 50,000VND/kg and returned it back to us smelling fresh and neatly folded the following day by 6pm. The villa's garden was beautiful with lots of colourful flowers and trees. It also had a pool with towels if needed but we didn't use this facility. The rooms were a great size and the shower was great. I really recommend this villa for anyone staying in Hoi An!

Good location. Nice spacious rooms & we were able to get a connecting one which was great for the kids. The breakfast was tasty & the provided a take away option when we had an early morning flight. The wifi was a little intermittent

Lovely comfortable big room. Really friendly staff, good breakfast though portions quite small. There’s a luggage lift which is a real bonus. The pool was very cold but welcome for a quick dip after a hot day at the beach. There was a strange repetitive motor like sound every 30 or so seconds that lasted for 4 seconds each time. I am an extremely light sleeper so I became fixated on this every night. I found my earplugs after the first night and they helped a lot. I forgot to ask what the noise was. Worth adding that probably most people wouldn’t even hear it at all.
