Friendly staff. Huge room. Great shower with high pressure and hot water. Good made to order breakfast. Location across from the Cadillac Bar. Can't really think of anything.

Highly recommend. Great staff! . They were so nice. The guard even secured my bike inside each night and the entire experience was great. The room was excellent. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for some time.

One of the best places we stayed at in southeast asia. It's a little far from old town but a Grab takes 5mins

Fantastic family room with loads of space and interconnecting door. Beds really comfortable, air conditioning good and very welcome in the heatwave! Hot water showers, good water pressure and clean bathrooms - housekeeping were also thorough and rooms spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good - fresh bread, fruit, eggs of your choice etc and accommodating with dietary requests. It was also quiet from any road/street noise compared to other places in Hoi An we've stayed in. Only 10 minutes in a Grab to old town, 15 minutes in a Grab to An Bang. Lots of good local and international restaurants within walking distance - free bikes to use which we appreciated (child seat available). Overall we've had a great base for exploring Hoi An and would highly recommend - excellent value for money accomodation! Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well. Everything was great

Beautiful, clean rooms. It’s a little ways from the old town, so we needed to take a grab to get to the main attractions.

Beautiful small hotel located in between the old town and the beach, perfect location if you'd like to visit both places. The rooms had everything you need and very comfortable beds, the staff was amazing and incredibly helpful with everything. The breakfast was delicious and got to borrow bikes in good conditions to explore the beautiful Hoi An The pool

The hotel offers free bicycles which we used during our stay and made it easy to get into the old town - which is essentially the key reason for being in Hoi An. It’s a 20 minute bike ride and a flat route into the old town. Internet was good too. The location to the beach was easy and it’s a straight shot there, about 10 minutes by bike. Mi, the manager is amazing and she ensured our questions were answered and things were sorted. She is superb and glad she was there to help us. The Breakfast offering lacks and needs improving. The shower is non-existent and our shower didn’t work - a couple splatters in the wrong direction is all we got. It’s simply not good enough and needs to be fixed. The room doesn’t seem to stay dry and over three days our clothing and the room itself had dampness and moisture all over. The walls too exhibit damp building up. The hotel is just too noisy. Our room location to the staff passageway and presumably the kitchen made it far too loud and at times lots of noise and loud conversation could be heard. It echos through the place and isn’t pleasant - this should really be addressed as a descent level of quietness is expected. This hotel also serves as a lunch stop for bus-tourists and masses of people descend on the dining room - along with noise. Overall English is a challenge amongst staff. Naturally no one expects good English, however some does make a guests stay that much easier and relaxing. Perhaps consider which staff check in guests would be a good start.

Exceptional value for money! The bedrooms have recently been re-done so everything was new, clean and the shower fantastic! Would highly recommend staying here over a large hotel - the bed super comfy and the value for money was excellent! It’s a long walk to get into the markets of hoi an… however grabs are easily available and you can also borrow a bike!!

What an amazing boutique hotel, very quiet, perfect location, right in the middle of the rd to the beach, or hoi an old town so 10 mins either way, and free bikes to help you, lovely vietnamese restaurants nearby, the hotel has an upstairs roof top bar with A.C for cocktails, drinks and food, rooms are huge, as a solo I get lost in the bed?, the pool is perfect to cool down in too, breakfast fantastic, and for the icing the staff are amazing, as a solo traveller I feel so safe here, thanks guys for an amazing stay

The staff was amazing: super friendly and they did everything to make our stay perfect. The room was big, the bed great, and everything was really clean. The food is also really awesome. We even got offered a free dinner during Christmas which was really sweet. There are a lot of roosters and dogs in the neighborhood and we heard them a lot during the night. This is of course not the fault of the hotel, but it was pretty annoying.
