Property very clean and well organized…check in staff were excellent….best on our trip

It was a great and comfortable place to stay. I would highly recommend. The breakfast was even good. The only complaint if I had to have one was they had a limited “snack bar” for purchase. I would have liked a little bit more variety with the snacks and drinks available for purchase. Overall, I give tru a 10/10!

Rooms were very clean, staff friendly professional and polite, breakfast was not good at all except the coffee. Never received any room cleaning. The one day she came we were getting dressed and asked her to come back in 30 minutes, we went out to eat and explore but when got back nothing had been done so we went down to the front desk to get clean towels and trash bags, which the front staff was very obliging. Otherwise very well kept property and very quiet and peaceful

Everything was pretty good. The only downside was how thin the walls and ceilings are, they’re paper thin and you can hear everything.

Need to adjust your expectations a little to stay here. It’s a little on the spartan side— a trade-off for the lower price. Not a problem for me, but no room coffee maker or microwave (but does have a small fridge); no closet (but a clothes hanging bar and wall hooks); no wood furniture or clothes chest (rather metal/woodtables); room is a little narrower than typical; breakfast is good but scaled back from typical. But a good place to stay if the above is acceptable to you. Had guest laundry facility but was out of order while I was there.

The disappointment began with the room itself. No drawers, but hooks on the wall. Try stowing your underwear on hooks. Therefore, we had to leave our suitcases on the floor and open. If you had to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, you were greeted by an AUTOMATIC kleig light that you could NOT turn off. Just the shower light would have been enough. We checked in Friday afternoon and checked out Monday morning- 2 1/2 days. NEVER saw a cleaning person- never had our room serviced. I had to get new towels, twice. The A/C had a large blower that was inches from the small writing desk. If you sat at the desk to use your iPad, you got blasted. The staff was pleasant, the location good. Cute decor. Will not be back.

No soap, only one towel, very little lotion, very limited choice for breakfast

Floor was dirty when we checked in, but their customer service texted us asking if we had any issues and they had the floor cleaned while we erected gone. Awesome! Great customer service. Would recommend

Close to attractions. Room and hotel was very clean, I love that the room had shampoo, soap in the shower. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was just alright. The same options were available for the both days we stayed. Very nice and a lot of seating for breakfast. The beds were on the firmer side but if your super tired then you don't mind. I would stay here again.

Super friendly and helpful desk staff. Great local information on the area. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular.

My son and I were very impressed with this hotel! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great, the breakfast was wonderful in the morning, and the staff was fantastic!

Hi! The location was good. It was near restaurants, a big variety of stores, gas stations. I like the fact the hotel was new. The lobby was very cozy & colorful. Love the “curtains” in the room. The material felt like wallpaper and/or oilcloth. Design was pretty. No old, dingy carpet. Like the flooring. Love the walk-in shower. Staff was friendly. As a new hotel, where is the water pressure when you are showering? The hot water was hot, which is good. The pillows could be firmer. I’m used to sleeping with my wedge pillow. That’s just me. No microwave oven in the room. Would have preferred a slightly larger fridge w/a decent size freezer.
