I really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel is big and very central, I wouldn’t even say that the rooms are relatively spacious for downtown Hong Kong, Causeway Bay. I have stayed here several times and will be glad to stay again! Good price / value ratio. I especially liked the views! They are amazing

The location is convenient for Wan Chai. Very slow wifi, staff that couldn’t care too much. The shower head was broken & had a shower curtain. Very hard beds! Upon booking, it stated there was a gym and wine lounge. Neither of those were available. The restaurant listed is only open for the buffet breakfast.

I experienced a severe bed bug bites in this hotel. I cancelled my reservation and instead of allowing me to check out they still charge me. Even if thats the least thing they could do. I try to contact customer service because this is serious but nobody can help even with booking.com.

Nothing is cheap in HK.. rooms are no different. Air was cold, shower was hot. If you are spartan and need a place to lay your head, it will do.

It was in a very nice location close to restaurants and bus and taxi and train station MTR. Jus the shower was too narrow that's it because am a big guy.

Great location. Restaurants and the convention center was walkable. The room is worn out, especially the furniture. The room was particularly dirty because I found a few hairs under the covers and the sink when I checked in.
