The breakfast was exceptional. We went every morning before heading out to explore. Access to the hotel lobby was a little inconvenient to have to walk through the mall. From the street from the Wan Chi stop it was a few escalators and elevators to get to the lobby.

The hotel made me like Hong Kong more than I’d expected. Walking along Kennedy st in the mornings, the slippers they provided, the cool air in the lobby, the fast escalators. You must adopt the Japanese WCs with the bidet.

Location is very convenient - attached to a shopping center and grocery store so you can grab snacks without fully leaving the building.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We asked for a pair of scissors and they lend us one right away! When we asked about Landry etc, they were very nice in explaining. The food at the restaurant was good as well. It was all good

The staff were very helpful. We arrived before check in and the staff looked after our bags while we explored the city. After check in they brought our bags up to our room. At check in we were upgraded to a bigger room which had a great view across the city. The breakfast selection was great with food choices to suit everyone.

Great value for money. Very spacious room (space for luggage and even a closet), everything feels new and updated. It's a big hotel but everything works smoothly from reception to luggage concierge. Lots of fast elevators available to get to the rooms and exit to street level. We arrived much later to check-in than anticipated due to a delayed flight, and the staff was very responsive to their WhatsApp when we contacted them to let them know. The arrival on foot is a bit confusing, though their instructions make a lot of sense once you see it in person. Because the lobby is on the 19th floor, the access on the ground level is through a shopping mall of sorts (with nice shops and coffee shops). A little confusing the first time, but after a while you get the hang of it. It's just a little extra confusing when the mall is closed late at night. But again, you get the hang of it after the first time.
