Clean and quiet and very friendly staff

We had an emergency Hotel switch and Twila was awesome! She checked us in professionally with a smile at 1:00 in the morning . The room was clean and everything that we needed was there or brought to us quickly . And by quickly I mean within 5 minutes . Twila and Hayden are absolutely amazing. Great service, as well as Jessica, Carolina, and Leslie were fantastic as well 😀

One of our favorite places to stay when playing softball in Hot Springs. Clean facilities and a beautiful view.

The lobby and common areas were really clean but our room had a strong dog/pet smell. We told the staff when did the check out and they just say they were going to check. Not a discount or something was offered for the bad experience

We had a good breakfast, unlike most hotels. The staff were all extremely friendly even called us to tell us we left something behind!

The entire stay was enjoyable i only wish i could have gotten more cookies at the front desk but the staff was amazing and very kind and helpful , cookies were 10/10 as well as staff
