Super 8 by Wyndham Hot Springs

It was very nice and easy to get to love it

Very very disappointing. Only thing acceptable was bed

Aging facility. Good enough for passing through Hot Springs. Breakfast offerings left a bit to be desired.

Your better off going to the Waffle House across the street for breakfast. Microwave didn't work in my room, told the front desk clerk she wrote it down no one came to check nor replaced it. Hotel is really clean. Morning and afternoon clerks were weirdos but the evening clerks were nice and welcoming.

The desk clerk (which I assumed was one of the owners) gave me another room which was much better. I appreciate the fact that he gave me a another room (after I asked for it), but I was turned off by the fact that they would actually try to rent the room with tub looking that disgusting. This is the first time this has happened to me at THIS particular motel, but it has happened to me far too often at similar small owner franchisee motels. Family owned small businesses like this know EXACTLY what the condition of each room is. As an African American, I can't help but wonder if they give out rooms in good condition or crappy condition based on what you look like. I am not generally suspicious of such things or overly sensitive, but given the frequency in which this happens, I can't help but wonder if I would have been given that room if I was White. As a fellow small business owner, I certainly understand the need to sometimes handle repairs yourself to save money, but not by presenting a product or service to customers that is unacceptable.

It was pitiful… Ice machine broken, had to go to front desk for ice half of bowl😩😩, pool was not working, breakfast didn’t look like nothing on the website.. cereal, hard muffins , milk and juice.. some fruits …. no good channels on the tv, no WiFi had to register as a member for something … $4.99 for some reason… but the bed was comfortable

One word, Terrible.

The TV channel were on and off when watching a program also the breakfast was not even half way to par standard. The only person that seemed to care was the night person she was somewhat helpful. Also my grand daughter could not swim the weather was not that bad it had just stop raining didn’t even attempt to check.All in all I will not stay in Super 8 by Wyndham Hotel ever again. Thank you

Pool was out of service and it was hot

There was not one thing I liked it was horrible. Everything about it was horrible. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a motel and with people.

Clean, comfortable room with king size bed and big TV. Good location and restaurants.

It was very clean and welcoming when you walk thru the door I have no complaints

Strict policy on dogs; yet a small yapper woke all up at 5:30am. It’s the owners of course that ruin it for others.

The hotel was dirty our first room was already occupied so had to change rooms second room had damage and smelled There was enough hot water for a 3 minute shower and then it turned ice cold and made this awful sound.

Hair in shower. Hair in bed. I had to get another place to stay.

The property was amazing and in good shape
