Clean room, helpful staff, loved the pool and location

I went to get ice 9PM to find this out. The frige didn't have a freezer. It looks good from the outside but, it wasn't worth the price we paid for Lakeview balcony. The pool sign said it closed at 11 pm. We were told to get out of the pool at 10:00 pm. We won't stay there again. We've stayed in other places in Hot Springs for the 22 years and had better accommodations.

Quiet, clean, staff helpful I was confused on the elevator because wasn't told that I needed to use my hotel.key to push the button in the elevator until bystander assisted me.

Am gonna write about just a tiny disappointment, not a big one at all. When I booked my room, it said "lake view". Yes it was facing to the lake, but the dominant thing I saw from the window was a small parking area and a long fence. The Lake was behind the fence. My room was on the 2nd floor, so I didn't have much view of the lake. But I was there to sleep, not to look at the lake... I was able to have a relaxed time with a great lake view and beer in the backyard by the pool. I also got confused by the AC. The unit had a sign saying "this is controlled by the thermostat on the wall" but it didn't seem right. I had to set the temperature with the buttons on the unit. I don't know what the sign meant.

The rooms were very clean and roomy. The staff was fantastic and very helpful when we needed them. Will definitely stay at this location again.
