Very nice room. Desk clerk that checked us in was obviously having a bad day. lol. Very unfriendly and short. He was also sitting out front smoking when we left. Hotel was beautiful and loved the lake view though.

Clean and friendly staff. The pool sander was down, but that didn’t change our plans. Very nice location overlooking the lake.

Lake side view is fantastic and good for the price. Amazing and friendly staff, property is kept very well maintained and clean. Lots of stuff to see and do on the property and it's a ten minute drive from Downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park. 12/10 highly recommend, I'll definitely be back later this year

Great location and very good staff! They all went above and beyond to make sure we had everything! The bartender even served us a drink with about 5 minutes before they closed.

Everything was exceptional. The room was just as shown on the booking. The balcony was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Only thing is lifting the wonderful weighted bed cover and seeing the natural cotton on the inside brown from rewashing. But overall such a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and professional.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a balcony view that was so relaxing in the mornings. Also, ask front desk for the complimentary double tree cookies at check in.

Everything went great. The gate at the boat launch would not open or close all weekend, but we were able to get access by calling the front desk so they could send maintenance out to open it for us

Loved the stay! Hotel was spotless. Matt at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! Breakfast was great and so were the two young ladies working this morning. Highly recommend!
