Room was good but the sofas are not clean there stain marks all over the sofa

Great view and location. Nice pool for family One pull out couch bed was not comfortable but not many are. So don't recommend pull out couch bed suite. There was a shattered window in pool room which was odd. Some gashes and scrapes in sheet rock on walls in the halls. Also why do so many hotels not have exhaust fans in the bathroom now? You take a shower and the walls are running with condensation. That can't be good for it.

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing. My grandkids loved the pool. The gentleman who checked me in when I arrived.

The location is great with most of the restaurant within short distance. Nice, clean, large space, lake view, in door pool and great continental breakfast. The staff was nuce. No complaints

The lobby and elevators had a very bad smell

The room smelled clean upon entry. The floors could have been swept and mopped better in the kitchen. The fridge had a door in for like butter and things like that that was broken and had strands of hair on it. Probably from the same towel to wipe down the bathroom sink. The toilet was dirty. We had to clean it. The bathroom door was bowed from water damage. It peeled and left wood chips on the floor. The shower curtain gravitated to the middle of the pole causing water pooling on floor. The tub holds water in the tub if your showering. There is very little moving space in the bedroom. The beds were wobbly like the bed rails were uneven. We had one remote that barely worked to control 2 tv’s. The sofa bed wouldn’t pull out. There was a shortage of towels. The breakfast was very basic and never kept fully stocked. The kitchen staff was not attentive to refilling things, emptying trash or cleaning tables. My other family members also vacationing with us had issues with their rooms being hot and live roaches. They both had to be moved. Ms. Linda really turned this weekend around for them just by doing what she did to accommodate them. Those two guys however not so friendly not so helpful from observing his interactions with other guest. Several other guest had complaints similar to ours about the room cleanliness, A/C not working, not enough towels, or pest. The pool and outside area was descent. The indoor pool was freezing but the view of the lake was nice.

The room was cozy and cold. It smelled like dirty feet and frito chips in the room. I had to spray the room. The bathtub was dirty and long black hair was on several of the towels.

The room itself was clean but very dated and worn and therefore didn’t seem clean. The smell was HORRIBLE! I had read a review when searching for a hotel that one I looked at said it smelled of body odor. When I walked in I remember IT WAS THIS HOTEL! We went and bought Lysol and sprayed the room and it was tolerable. The breakfast was very congested and lots of hands in the food, which went fast! We ended up going out for breakfast on both mornings of our stay. We did get coffee but they ran out of coffee on both mornings also. We had an alarm to go off and were told to evacuate the room and not use the elevator but after doing so another person said it was a false alarm. The hotel staff never announced the all clear. Not a great way to start a Sunday morning but thankful it was a false alarm. Use caution when turning into the drive as it’s in a curve and can be hard to turn into. The outside areas needed cleaning as well as foyer, entrances and hallways from dirty floors. Not a good first impression. I wouldn’t stay here again if I could find other accommodations.

Hotel was great, the roaches, not so much. ROACHES! I got up to go to the restroom and turned on the light. I was greeted by what looked like a roach family reunion!

The property has an excellent view of the lake. We loved that are suite came with two bedrooms and living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The only fault that we saw with our suite was that one of the two shower heads was not working. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent! The breakfast had a lot of fresh fruit and the staff had the breakfast bar well stocked.
