It was a quite and nice stay for a night the breakfast wasn't the best
-
Not as well kept from first visit 5 years ago.

No AC in my room. Roaches on the floor. Front desk no help and unapologetic. Public areas trashed out and dirty. Will be calling the manager and will never stay there again

The staff were friendly, and helpful. Location, Breakfast and happy hour was great. The issue we had with our stay were that the beds were not comfortable. Queen size beds were more like full size. The pool water felt slimy.

The hotel had a home like feeling!

The hotel was in a great place, but it is a bit dated. you can see by the older appliances and decor. The Access room had a sliding door that was Almost impossible to open. Breakfast was generic but ok.

Everything except the juice area in breakfast area. They did not know what to do with the juice area. I kept telling them it needs to be replaced and fixed. Ob well never was fixed while there. The bed could have been a little softer. How they did not know how to fix or replace juice machine. The bed could be little softer.

Location and view was the only good that my family and I were able to get out of what was supposed to be a good vacation stay. For nearly $250 a night, I expected a way better experience. I'm usually not the person to do things like this. Matter fact this is my first time ever in my life leaving a bad review comment. Usually I just cut my losses and stay away from what I didn't enjoy well. But this place was such a bad experience that I'm morally forced to do thos to try to save the next person some money. Upon arrival the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. Ok cool, we ask the front desk about it, she stated they were having chemical balancing issues, but it should be ready in about an hour or two. OK, so we were fine with that. I had a total of 6 children with me, and we checked in just after 4pm. We went around the town and got something to eat, stayed out for a bit, came back and still no swimming. So the first day/night no swimming at all. Tried again our next day there, still having chemical balancing issues. It's the hot part of the summer and in vacation at a not so cheap hotel, you can't make sure one if your main attraction is working properly. Come to find out they more than likely had the front desk check in lady trying to tend to the pool. Which is insane. For the money they charge, they should have a professional pool service. So second day, sane results going all day no swimming. The grass around the property was not cut, it was spider webs everywhere, the workout room equipment was not the best one of the main pieces of equipment was malfunctioning. They have a movie theater inside there, we tried to at least get some entertainment from there, but they said they needed to order a new bulb for the screen. I was I could get all of my money back. We left out stay a day early. This was atrocious.

Full size fridge was nice having. First night we were short on towels/blankets and could not get an answer on the phone when requesting more. The beds were very uncomfortable. Pool was down when we got there and at some point was fixed. However, we was not notified of it or a sign put up stating so. We only found out when seeing other guest going to swim. The pool was a big bonus as we have 2 young children who was looking forward to this, so they only got to utilize this one time for about an hour.
