The Grand Hotel, Hurghada

The stuff was very friendly and helpful, the beach was amazing, the bars and food quality was great. Room service was great and the whole place was clean. Activations and Activities was poor, and pool least depth was 140cm which didn’t suit some of our family members, but thankfully, Mr. Mohammed Moawed addressed our concerns right away :) Thanks again for the gifts and hospitality!

No internet connection Phone signal is so bad

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Cleanliness was excellent and the food tasted great but it needs more variety. The beach was clean, nice, and well organized. There is also an aqua park on the beach which is a nice addition. The hotel is a bit old and needs renovation. Also, there was a sewage smell in the rooms. The TV only had 6 channels and was basically useless. The room phone doesn't work - no one answers from reception.

I liked the place the location is perfect in the middle of the walking tourist area. Near from go bus station by 15 min. The hotel is super clean every time you need the toilets any where its always clean also the rooms and the housekeeping is perfect always support you with all what you want. The beach is amazing I travelled to hurghada 4 times before its my first time to go to sea with all my family its sandy beach There were 2 aqua sliders were amazing at first while booking I know there is no aqua park but I enjoyed these 2 sliders The food quality is perfect as for me and the variety also ?? the Royal restaurant and arabasic also marina 5 . The bars always working till 12 am giving u all what you want with all inclusive. Also they are using high end quality products in the food you can taste it They gave me a baby crip and it's upon request The snacks you have to choose whether from marina 5 restaurant and oasis restaurant The reception made me a free upgrade for my room after asking. Also Mr mohamed nowadays gave us breakfast box while we are leaving because I have a baby he is so handsome and tried to help us during our stay I had a perfect stay and iwish to repeat it again If you have a baby stroller try to have a room in the ground floor not upper because there is no elevator in the building also the stuff were helping me but it was little bit harder for me

This hotel is like from 90's. AC not works properly and hard to control it. Also, at beach, they didn't understand people came there to rest. But every 10 minutes, some guys from hotel call me "ni hao" (I'm not even chinese, calling me that is like insulting) and recommend me to go ship trips etc. That happened every 10 minutes!!! I regretted I have paid much money to stay this hotel. Most important part is when I leave, they give me some fruit and ask me give 5 star on booking.com. Tf is that? so I understand the reason why the review in here is so inaccurate. So bad. Too bad for that price

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and everything was perfectly maintained. The beach and pool facilities were stunning, offering the perfect place to relax and enjoy every moment. A special thanks to the amazing animation team—they brought so much energy and fun to our vacation and made every day memorable. Beach,location The hotel's location is excellent, and the beach is clean. I would like to thank only two staff members: Mr. Mohsen , the Pasta Restaurant Manager, for his warm hospitality, and Mr. Mostafa at the reception for his professionalism. Apart from them, my overall experience was very disappointing, and I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are in very poor condition, with old and worn-out furniture. The room doors are damaged, and the door handles barely work. The drainage system is poor, and the fire sprinkler system leaks water, soaking the bed. The bed sheets were not changed regularly, and the rooms were not kept clean. The food was extremely poor, with very little variety, bad taste, and almost the same menu every day. Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area, and even there it hardly works. The hotel staff also refused to provide the Wi-Fi password to guests. Despite repeatedly reporting these issues to the reception, especially to Mr. Fady, the response was extremely poor. He showed no interest in solving problems or ensuring guest satisfaction. Finally, the hotel was not honest about the price. I was charged more than the price shown on Booking.com. Although the official exchange rate for the US dollar was lower, the hotel used a much higher exchange rate than the banks, which is unfair and raises serious concerns about their credibility and transparency.

This is one of our best vacations in hurghada, everything was good from the hotel design and facilities distribution to the stuff, the greenery is astounding, the food quality is five star hotel, the beach is unbelievably good large and sandy, the room service is good and fast, reception will help you in literally anything, everyone in the stuff wants to help you enjoy your stay. nothing.
