Location The next i see that i can upgrade to the Chalet Infront of the beach and I sent 2 screenshots for the chalet, I think the reception got lazy to upgarde or he have another priorities

No water to shower , or for WC very bad experience will never try again

I always enjoy staying at Andalusia, especially because of Abd El Mageed. His service consistently exceeds expectations, and he treats you like a guest in his own home rather than just a customer. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are what made me fall in love with this place. Andalusia has truly become my second home in Hurghada. Only Alaa and Nouredine the receptionists were very helpful No facilities at all

It exceeded my expectations especially for such very little money. Staff was very polite except the beach helpers were a mafia gang. Chalet is not sea view. It is near the sea. Bathroom need some repair.

This is my third stay at Andalusia, I found it becoming much better each time and renovated. The location is great and the beach is very clean and nice The cooker wasn’t working but they changed it two hours after I asked for
