It was a perfect experience the location was nice very value to money hotel , the staff were amazing and friendly especially Mr Ibrahim in reception , the food was very nice and had lots of variety i will back again it was amazing vacation, thanks for all staff

اول واهم حاجة حُسن الاستقبال والمعاملة والترحاب والبشاشة والود والخدمة الداؤبة 24 ساعة من جميع طاقم الاوتيل واعنى جميع الطاقم ، الريسبشن والبار والمطعم وخدمة الغرف والانيميشن تيم وافراد الامن واللايف جارد والبولمان .. مستر محمود وعلاء وعمرو وحامد واحمد .. حقيقى يشعرونك وكأنك احد ملاك الفندق وليس ضيف . التسكين والمغادرة مجرد دقائق معدودة . اى طلب ينفذ فورا وبكل ذوق واحترام وترحاب دون ملل . الطعام متنوع وشهى ويرضى كل الاذواق وعالى الجودة والنضاقة مع تشكيلة كبيرة من الحلويات .والغرفة نضيفة ومساحة معتدلة واثاث جديد ومرتب . وتصميم الريزورت عموما مريح للعين والاعصاب . وبالنسبة للشاطئ فيمكن استخدامه فى الفندق المقابل جاز ايليت عن طريق خدمة الجولف كار او سيرا على الاقدام 10 دقائق والشاطئ رملى جميل ومياهه نقية ممتعة .الحقيقة لم نشعر باى ملل باى لحظة طوال فترة اقامتنا بالفندق انا وعائلتى وسوف تتكرر زيارتنا لهذا الفندق الجميل او لسلسلة جاز عموما فكانت تجربة حقا ممتعة . شكرا جاز لانك نجحت فى اسعاد عائلتى لا شيئ. ولكن ملاحظاتى 1) عدم وجود لحوم مشوية نهائى فى بوفيه العشاء-من باب التنوع فى البوفيه. 2) عدم وجود بعض الادوات البسيطة بالغرفة ولكنها تترك انطباع بالاهتمام والفخامة مثل طقم حلاقة ذقن للرجال و طقم فرشاة ومعجون للاسنان واسفنجة لتلميع الاحذية وطقم خيوط وابرة للحياكة وروب وشبشب حمام .. وماشابه

We recently returned from a wonderful vacation at Iberotel Casa Del Mar in Hurghada, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality here is truly top-tier. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. The food is incredible with so many options and desserts. The pool is nice with water heated to 27 C. The location is ideal, since the Mamsha starts from the end of the hotel. The beach (which is located at JAZ Elite about 2 minutes walk from Iberotel) is also nice. Sea temperature was about 23-25 C. The pool program should not be so loud. There should be more water toys for kids, and they should not be locked. The other pool could be heated as well: during the entire week we were there, nobody was swimming in the other pool that was not heated, for it was only 20 C. Me eating too much of their good food and gaining weight!

His attention to every detail truly made us feel cared for, and his warm hospitality set the tone for a perfect vacation. We’d also like to give special thanks to Essam at the “Little Italy” restaurant, who went above and beyond every single day. His kindness and attentiveness made our dining experience unforgettable. All the staff were incredibly respectful and helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed. Their professionalism and friendliness really made a lasting impression. We also loved the ease of everything during our stay: from the smooth check-in to the well-organized facilities. And having access to the beach was such a treat, whether we felt like a short walk or hopping on a golf cart, it was always effortless. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Location: The property is perfectly located near Hurghada Airport, with a touristic promenade close by and all essential services easily accessible. Beach: The sandy beach is beautiful and well-maintained, with high-quality restaurants available on-site. Dining: The hotel offers one main restaurant in addition to an Italian restaurant, which requires prior reservation. There are also several beach snack bars providing a good variety of options. Staff: The staff are truly the highlight of this hotel. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Al-Badry and Mr. Rafiq, from hotel management, for their outstanding hospitality, as well as Ms. cora from Guest Relations for her excellent support. Facilities & Rooms: The hotel facilities and rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and neatly arranged. Housekeeping services are consistent and reliable. Entertainment: The animation team is outstanding, organizing a wide range of activities throughout the day. Each evening features a different show, either at the hotel itself or at the nearby Jaz Hotel. Service was great and the excellent value for money.

At first, I was a bit worried because the hotel is close to the city center and looks small. However, once I entered the reception, they welcomed me warmly and even gave me a towel to cool down from the heat. The reception staff, especially Mostafa, Adriana, and Ahmed, ??? were very friendly and cooperative. I must especially thank Mostafa, Adriana, and the security team for truly ensuring guest safety—they didn't allow my son to go to the beach alone, contacted me, and stayed with him until I picked him up. The place is amazing, with stunning atmosphere and decor—you really feel like you’ve traveled outside Egypt. The pool was very clean and enjoyable, as were the rooms, which are relatively small but very comfortable for sleeping. They provide excellent mattresses and high-quality linens and cushions .. were great for a comfort sleep The staff’s hospitality was so warm that we felt at home from the first moment. Special thanks to the professional master chef Taha, ? who cared about every guest and served delicious food, and to Mr. Joseph William ?, the restaurant manager, who truly understands hospitality and is always cheerful and helpful always asking to how comfortable we are , all the main restaurants team were amazing, can't remember their names all but they were friendly and professional with a humble smile.... Also, the bar staff at reception, like Abdo , abannoub .. al of them ..??and Ibrahim at the pool bar, were very polite, and friendly, attentive, and punctual with our tea time even and service. This hotel captured a piece of my heart due to the staff and the management’s attention to every detail. My only issue was that the beach was a bit far, but the golf cart service was available, and we used the beach at Jaz Elite nearby. The cleanliness and elegance are outstanding. I have been to more than half the hotels in Hurghada, and the treatment and quality here are premium. They made Best cocktail ? with a great quality and taste ?..my... Small Beach

The AC in the lobby wasn’t working properly throughout the entire stay Additionally, I’d suggest adding more evening and night activities. It would make the stay more enjoyable and engaging for guests.

The staff were fantastic—always going above and beyond to meet your needs, all with warm smiles and a great attitude. I can’t remember their names, but I want to sincerely thank them for making my stay so pleasant. The rooms were spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was a nice selection of TV channels. The food selection was excellent, especially the Italian restaurant, which served delicious dishes in a cozy atmosphere. It would be great if they could add shaded car parking in the future.

Location is a definite highlight. Situated right on the bustling touristic promenade, Hotel is about a 700-meter walk to the beach Staff were the real stars, commitment to their work was truly outstanding and made our stay unforgettable Minor point for improvement would be the parking, which is located a bit of a distance away and is uncovered

We had such a wonderful time here — the atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was perfectly set up for a truly relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The animation team needs to refresh their playlists along with daily programs, which was pretty basic and outdated.
