The breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were beautiful, it's very luxurious feeling. The hotub in the bedroom's balcony is amazing and definitely worth the upgrade. The front office/receptions staff are very inviting and friendly. There are amazing views from the sea-view rooms, or from the bar and resteraunts, looking out onto the sea. The only minor complaint I would have is the TVs not being connected to the internet, making it difficult to enjoy a movie at night. It would be nice to be able to access Netflix or Youtube on the TVs.

Clean and great breakfast

The room with a tub on the balcony overlooking the sea was glorious. The room itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed that part of our stay. Staff was more than polite and helpful. Brunch was fantastic. We had a couple of bad meals at the restaurant. It was very quiet during the offseason and so a number of facilities were closed or had limited operations during our stay. Because of this, we went into town more often than we otherwise would have. It is close enough to town that it isn’t terribly expensive to take a taxi or terribly long to take the bus (but it is not close either).

The only one thing would be pool closed at 1700. Not ideal but not a deal breaker.

We had a last minute decision to go for a small 4 days vacation in Mallorca. Very affordable air flight tickets, but small room for choosing a hotel. We had to chose among those that were available and chose barcelo Positives: • Breakfasts are tasty and varied, although the coffee is just average since it only comes from a machine. • Bar prices are very reasonable, and the service is polite and attentive. • The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so there’s no real need to book dinner at the hotel. • Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. • The rooms are kept very clean, and housekeeping is always on time. • The room is small but still has enough space for comfort. • A taxi to Palma costs around €15 (better than Uber), and the trip from the airport is about €35. • Overall, it’s a decent hotel, but next time I would prefer one with direct beach access and a nicer shoreline. Negatives: • The toilet is separated only by glass, offering almost no privacy — fine if you’re alone, but uncomfortable otherwise. • The beds are two singles pushed together, so if you want to cuddle your partner, you fall into the gap. • The concrete pier is cracked and not maintained, while the beach is rocky, making it difficult to get into the water. • No complimentary water is provided — you have to buy it. • The renovation looks fresh, but the quality is poor and doesn’t really match the room rate.

The beach was perfect swim. Oh and the choice of food was excellent. Really top. Nothing

Breakfast was great, a wide choice of meals/products to choose, everything I've tasted was very tasty. I'd personally appreciate if porridge was included in the menu.

The rooms were very small for the price. The hotel restaurants were mediocre.

Beds were very comfortable. Amazing pool area with view. Lovely breakfast. If you looking for a relaxing area out of the hustle and bustle of Palma then this is ideal. The bus stop into Palma is directly outside the hotel. My bathroom had a strong sewage smell. The upstairs bar was closed.

Exceptional

The distance from Palma was easily overcome by the regular cheap bus service. Bus stop was 20 metres away and return stop was right across the road. The choice for breakfast was very good and varied. The cava was a great accompaniment. The Spa was clean, well equipped and well positioned. Slight smell coming from wash hand basin drain. We did mention it to reception staff and it did improve slightly, but remained noticeable for the rest of our stay. However, this did not detract from the overall experience. The shower could have been slightly cleaner. Some mould showing round the base which we also found slippy when wet. Care was needed when using the shower. I understand that showers can be slippy, but a warning sign or non slip surface would help. Again this did not spoil our stay and is only mentioned for the benefit of future guests. Some building work was taking place during our stay, but I understand this needs to be done at some time and again did not affect our enjoyment.

This is a lovely place to stay. The free use of the spa facilities was a real bonus. The room was basic - would have liked tea/ coffee making facilities. There was a lot of building work going on somewhere in the building so a lot of noise from 8am every morning. I would like to have been warned about that.
