The NALA Individuellhotel is centrally located in Innsbruck, just 2625 feet from the Golden Roof. I loved the artistic touches of every corner of this hotel, from the golden goose faucet in the lobby to the peaceful, beautiful garden, it feels like every inch of this property is intentionally, creatively attended to. The staff was attentive and friendly. My room was upgraded without asking, and I was welcomed with a chilled bottle of prosecco and a large bottle of water in my room. I loved all of the details of this place! I only wish I got to stay at Nala and in Innsbruck longer. Both the hotel and the city are absolutely darling and I hope to return someday! Nothing!

Great exterior landscaping and garden space. The inside was just as wonderful. The room was small but I knew that and it worked out perfectly.

Probably the most unique hotel I’ve stayed in! Glass shower adjacent to the bed. Interesting Super well appointed and modern / luxurious. Fantastic for the price

It was central. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The parking on site was also safe and close to the entrance. Although we didn't make use of the garden area because we ran out of time, that also looked cozy. Maybe next time we will spend more time.. Nothing in particular comes to mind that I did not like.

The hotel was quirky which we liked. Our room was gorgeous, not overly big but we only stayed one night so that didn't matter. We had an en suite and the TV was disguised in what looked like a wardrobe but slid back to reveal a massive TV. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wern't overly keen on the breakfast but that is just our tastes and should not put people off from visiting this lovely hotel. We would stay again.

We had a beautiful stay at Nala. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, always helping us with a big smile on their faces. Our room was getting cleaned on a daily basis and we loved the cute details such as the Easter egg chocolates and tea at the reception and the welcome bottle of champagne. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable. Would 100% recommend if you are planning a trip to Innsbruck!

Room was very comfortable, bed is amazing. There is also parking spot besides the hotel, very convenient. Everyone from the staff were super friendly, gave us a lot of tips of what to do in the neighborhood. Outstanding breakfast, high quality food and a lot of options (worth to pay 22/euro per person). We also travelled with our pet and they received him very well. For sure will be back! Nothing to declare :) our stay was excellent.

Excellent breakfast. It was everything we wanted and more. The room was very tight for three people. We tried to get a bigger room but that wasn’t possible.
