Hotel Schwarzer Adler

Exceptional and historic Hotel, very easy, rapid and polite Check In, you are near 'everything' had I not already have Reservations I would've extended for a few Days!!!!

It was clean and close to the train station. The refrigerator didn’t work. No microwave in the room. 2 desks, 2 beds, 1 chair. The shower fell off the wall. The breakfast was not great. Raw bacon, overly cooked boiled eggs, not fresh fresh fruit.

We had 2 rooms on the 5th floor. Rooms were quiet. Great location. Very close to the old town and about 10 minute walk to the central train station. Standard room was modern and had nice decor. Very good AC. Breakfast area was really nice. Enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice and honeycomb from the hotels bees. Access to McFit gym near sister hotel Adler was appreciated. Nice sauna facilities. On site laundry machine and dryer was very convenient. Easy access to new towels if needed on first floor service station. I had the signature room Kaiser Maximillian. I liked the extra space but would have liked modern decor and furniture better. Our room also had a strange overripe fruit smell that my son’s regularly room did not have. Both rooms did not have a mini fridge. The hotel had drinking water but it is not cold. There is no hair conditioner. Front desk is closed from 10:30pm until 6:30 am although there is a number you can call.

It’s a beautiful old hotel about 5 minutes walk from the old town. Everything in the hotel is lovely and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Nothing

A few minutes from the old town, good balance of quiet with access. Good size room with nice view of the mountains. Staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Very nice common areas. Everything was wonderful.

The sauna was amazing and the staff was super helpful and accommodating

The property was conveniently located close to the old city yet our room was very quiet, facing the garden. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The building has a high quality washing machine (available for a few euros), which I greatly appreciated. I have no complaints.

The room is sufficiently equipped and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was sick when staying here and requested morning check on me. The staff timely called me and went to me room to ensure I was doing fine. They also provided what I need with warmth and care.

Other guests were extremely noisy in the middle of the night, and there's no reception at night to assist

Perfect spot in Innsbruck, close to everything, wonderful staff, the rooftop was an added bonus

We got upgraded to a suite it was so central loved our stay Nothing

It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very nice The bed wasn’t the most comfortable , it wasn’t bad but not the best. The breakfast looks amazing in photos but it was very average
