الموقع خارج المدينه ومن السهل مغادرة المدينه الحمام غير نظيف ، يوجد كتل من الشعر بالارض ، البرادي مخلعه ، و الكثير من الاشياء، الفطور تم تقديمه بكيس عند الصباح ولازم تاخده من الاستقبال ، و الاستقبال وجوههم غير سعيده عند الصباح ، شعرت بالقرف من كل تفصيل لديهم

Overall it was a good stay. The hotel is located just 10-15 minutes drive from the city center. The room was comfortable and clean. The parking space was safe but it was a paid parking. The only disappointing thins was the breakfast. It was having very limited options and very boring to eat the same thing for continuous three days. We skipped the free breakfast on the last day since it wasn't good.

I booked a room for 3. The standard bed was comfortable, but the third bed was a converted couch and uncomfortable

Size it too small. Too hot in the corridor, which affected the room temperature.

Pleasant place Entire property has only one Ironing, so have to wait for couple of hours to get it. When I spoke with receptionist lady she was not polite, after argument she brought the Ironing box to room, if we r paying for the service which is included why we need to argue to get the things done My holiday started with a bad mood because of this Rest rooms r not clean , though cleaners came to clean it was not good enough

We check in through the staff, he didnt smile during explanation. coz he was busy teaching a new staff.

The floor is missing a carpet for the comfortable feel of the feet. Balcony was not clean

It was clean, and quiet. Even though it is not near to the central train station, it is right next to a bus stop which has a bus that brings us to the central station in less than 10min, so that works just fine. Good value for the price we paid. Housekeeping could perhaps be improved. We asked for new towels but the housekeeping team may have overlooked. But the receptionist on duty sent new towels to us immediately when we asked, so that's great.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel in Innsbruck. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — good coffee, a small kitchenette, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The location is great as well — about a 15–20 minute walk to the city center, which felt just right. Check-in was smooth and can be done contactlessly, although we chose to check in at the reception. The staff were genuinely lovely and very helpful. We booked a room with breakfast and I was a bit worried it might be too basic, but it turned out to be really good and tasty. Also, the receptionist kindly offered us extra coffee for the room, which was such a nice touch. Overall, it was a really great stay — we would definitely come back.

Parking is a bit confusing and overpriced!

The apartment was very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our short stay. Facilities are simple, modern and functional. All was good.

It's a great place to stay. Bus stop is near, you can hop on and go to city center at ease. I like the cleanliness and utilities well.
