Excellent hotel in a prime location just minutes away from the center of Innsbruck by car or public transport. The view from the 9th floor was stunning with the Alps embracing you 360 degrees. Breakfast on the 11th floor was awesome with an incredible variety. Special thanks to Daniel Walter and Renate. Parking is easily accessible from the hotel. Rooms were clean spacious and modern. Only minor improvement is to have housekeeping clean the rooms a bit faster as some days were skipped due to being understaffed and a high volume of visitors. Other than that absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended ? Room was not cleaned every day due to being understaffed.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Garden Inn Innsbruck Tivoli. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy. The mountain view was stunning. Breakfast had a variety of options. Although the hotel is not in city center, it's accessible by bus. I even had a good walk to the city center from the hotel (around 30min). It was absolutely worth the money.

The location is very good, and the receptionist, Skeri, is very kind. She made us feel calm with her warm personality and kind words. The AC is not working properly, and the room is very hot during the summer. Also, the daily room cleaning is not thorough. They only clean the bed and the bathroom, but the floor is not cleaned.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly large and extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality products. I also loved the view, especially from the balcony—it was beautiful and very relaxing. What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were exceptionally warm, kind, and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The air conditioning in our room was not working at all. We spent the night in extreme heat and humidity, making it very difficult to sleep. Opening the window was not a viable solution, as the air conditioning system switched off, and there was constant noise from children screaming outside. When we raised the issue with the reception staff, they were unfortunately unhelpful and did not offer a satisfactory solution. Overall, this made for a very disappointing stay.

The location was great. Breakfast on the eleventh floor was great. First the garage smelled like the sewers I almost got sick every time I parked there. When I complained they said they know and they can’t do anything about it. Second the rooms AC was practically non existent it was on but didn’t cool the room at all. They had stickers plastered on the ac and refrigerator thermostat to prevent any adjustment. The room was uncomfortably hot I actually checked out early to leave.

This hotel is close to Central station and easy to reach the old town of the city. The room is quite and comfortable. The breakfast is good but it will be better if it is not the same every day. The WiFi works very good. The staff is so nice and helpful.

The property was clean and well maintained. Close access to public transportation. There really wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Easy access to public transportation. Appreciated the staff supplying all of us with Innsbruck passes for free city transportation. Air conditioning wasn’t that effective in cooling the room.

Air con was not working, shower sink had cracks. Also hotel charges 20 eur for street parking
