Reviews
-
Wifi often not working and, when doing so, with a very limited speed. No air conditioning can be a problematic during the hottest parts of the year, but the hotel provides fans

Location, comfort, cleanliness Nothing
-
No AC and the street workers woke us up at 7:00AM Uhh!!! This was out of the control of the hotel.
-
I never looked if it had AC. It did not. There was a fan AC that did not go down to the cold at all. Room was warm whole stay.
-
Hotel room was super hot even with window open because there is no AC.

Great location in heart of city. Architectural style reminds on some other rich times. Parking was a bit confusing to recognize and enter it. You need confirmation from reception to be able to enter it.

Location and breakfasts We stayed twice in two weeks. The first time the window only opened part way and it was very hot. The second time the windows were great but the shower and toilet were separate and the shower was open to the room. It was quite uncomfortable for myself and my son to take a shower as there was no privacy. We only stayed one night in that room otherwise we would have asked to change rooms.

Wonderful staff and a delightful late-night welcome! We arrived quite late, but the staff member at the front desk was so funny and welcoming that all of our travel fatigue instantly disappeared! They were also incredibly knowledgeable about the local dining scene and recommended some great restaurants that were still open late at night. The room itself was spotlessly clean. Even though it was just a one-night stay, we had a truly wonderful experience!

Good location. Close to old town and the train station. The room was very warm even with the window wide open.

Engaging desk staff. All GOOD

Everything. We got upgraded when we arrived and it was huge. Location was great, bag storage available, friendly staff, a sauna and red light booth to use as well! Great views from a 4th floor room as well. Nothing

A easy walking distance from train station, and steps away to the city center, the hotel is in a wonderful location at a beautiful Innsbruck. Breakfast is wonderful.

Great location Nothing really

Very central location. Easy to navigate city from here. The young man who helped check us in and store our luggage was excellent— very helpful and informative, super cool. The room was nice and big, kept clean. We only stayed one night so didn’t try the sauna or restaurant attached. Overall, pretty good place with a couple miscues to address. Strangely, cleaning staff walked into our room while we were getting ready to leave, before checkout time, two different times!!! Quick knock while simultaneously opening the door and walking in to ask if we were leaving- “yes” “ but it’s not time yet” One time we were using the restroom with open door but luckily were not in the line of sight. Still felt an invasion of privacy. Mentioned to front desk who apologized and tried to make it right. Definitely need better communication and coordination between them to know which rooms to clean and when. Usually it’s a knock, a verbal identification as housekeeping, and a pause to allow the door to be opened etc by guests in due time and when appropriate.

Location is decent, great coffee place in the building. Very poorly designed furniture: was hurting myself around bed all the time, no air conditioning, rooms are stuffy, wifi is very weak, barely working, overpriced given all deficiencies.
-
Location, friendly staff There is no air conditioning in the hotel.
-
Free e-bike rental. Innsbruck Pass for a 2-day stay. Great location.
-
Shower seems to have only hot water and there was no AC.
-
The location was very central, making it easy to get around. The reception staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay
