I really liked the breakfast. Part of the breakfast room has a great view, if you want sit in that part. There was lots of variety of items at breakfast and a great staff in there to serve your needs. The staff was very helpful at the front desk too. I also really liked the location. It was very close to the historical center, the river and the Nordkette cable car!

Room was not ready at 3pm. Alternative room had 2 separate beds put together and a 3rd bed. It was not a queen bed. Room was clean. The breakfast buffet ran out of some options and refill could not keep up. That said, there were plenty of alternatives.

Wonderful stay, incredible breakfast with more fruits than I could even name, great staff! Some mornings the trash workers woke me.

Very nice and beautiful hotel room. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast there is amazing. The view was also amazing at the top floor where the breakfast is. I found the hotel room clean and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, it's totally visible that the hotel is trying to make an exceptional first impression, whether it's when entering the building for the first time or the hotel room, but also to ensure a pleasant experience throughout the whole stay. I recommend it. Nothing, really.

We loved how modern and clean the pen hotel was. Staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. The rooftop bar is excellent with superb staff. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet at night. Close to everything.

Probably the nicest hotel of our entire trip and we only got to stay one night. Very modern building - I assume brand-new construction so they could actually make the rooms and ammenities current. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom nice. The breakfast was AMAZING and probably the best view, as well, from their rooftop breakfast (restaurant) area. Great service, friendly staff, wonderful room. And right in the middle of it all.
