Location was perfect I didnt have a woman

Landscaping, sitting area. Chairs on the dock Restaurant had excellent food. Our room was close to the road. Hence, a lot of traffic noise. Suggest ear plugs. We forgot ours.

There was an extra fee per person to stay in the room. If you book a room with a king sized bed, it should be typically assumed that there will be 2 people staying in the room. They charged $35 per person per night. Seems like such a scam! The front receptionist that checked us in was so rude about it.

The staff was great. From The front desk restaurant and housekeeping, very good. Bed was too soft for our taste.

Outside area and full kitchen could use a few more cooking items. 2 lounge chairs would have been nice to have on the roof patio. The beds were too soft. The one bed nearest to the door had an odor and possibly bed bugs.

I enjoyed my stay at Bahia Tolok. The location is nice. I preferred being outside of town where it would be less busy. The location is central on the island making it quick and easy to get to either end. You do need a golf cart or car/taxi though. The property is beautiful. Great view of sunset! Staff were kind and helpful. My room was listed on Booking.com as having a patio with table and chairs. This was not correct. The patio shown in the listing was connected to a different room. I am not sure if this is an error on Booking.com side or on the hotel side. I suspect it's a Booking.com error.

It’s got a beautiful view. It’s a little out of the way but still close enough to walk to a lot of different areas It’s right on a main road and our room faced the road so it was really noisy from street traffic. There was also the light from the stairs always on which shines into the room. The bed was exceptionally soft. They put a large piece of foam on the top of the bed and it just made it way too soft and the sheets kept slipping off due to this as well. The Internet was a consistent issue but I don’t think that is necessarily the hotels fault.

Easy to find, big room, AC is great. The pier and hammocks are very nice. They have golf cart rentals if you need but I didn’t ask the price Needs more places to put towels. The beds are too soft and not comfortable. The maisonette room was right over the main road and very noisy. Did not enjoy being on the balcony smelling exhaust. They were sanding and painting chairs so we also couldn’t really enjoy the back area. Upon checkout they were implying that we had lost a set of dishes (counted every one and asked how many there were to start with) and wanted us to pay for a stained towel (whatever it was would wash off as we didn’t do anything abnormal to the towels)

The staff was absolutely amazing, especially the front desk team who were incredibly helpful. The amenities were fantastic and the property was well-maintained. I enjoyed the walks around the area even though the location was far from everything - I knew that going in. However, the WiFi in the room was completely unusable, which made it impossible to work remotely. This would be a great place for digital nomads if they fixed the internet connectivity. Also had an issue at the restaurant where they tried to charge me twice for coffee - once for the initial cup and again for a refill, which seemed sketchy. The WiFi was the biggest issue - completely unusable in the room, making remote work impossible. The restaurant billing practice of charging separately for coffee refills was disappointing and felt sketchy.

It was decorated beautifully with so many areas around the property to go sit and relax. Each room was unique and lovely. The rooms we booked were set up with kitchenettes but were not equipped with things you would need to cook. Beautifully decorated rooms but poorly stocked.

Very good place

The place is not fancy, but has everything that you need for a nice few days. The room was big, and so was the bathroom very clean btw. King size bed, a fold out sofa, fridge, coffee maker, nice and cold ac. The restaurant was not that great, the staff was cordial, but the food was mediocre…forget about the breakfast we went once and then we skipped the rest…just not that good.

The hotel was beautiful. The scenery was awesome from my room. The bed was comfortable. Hotel stuff was excellent. The young man at front desk was very kind when we asked questions about different things. The hotel also stored our luggage while we toured the island. The restaurant staff had excellent recommendations, and the chef came out and talked with us about the exquisite dishes that he had prepared. All the dishes were delicious.. So when I booked the hotel, I didn't realize that I had made accommodations for one. When I got there, the staff pointed out that there was an extra charge for another person ($35). Typically, it is assumed that it's two people for the price you're seeing on screen. (Booking, please fix this with the hotel.) They hotel didn't mention in it's extra part that they had golf carts for rental, which would have saved me the hassle of renting one by ferry. Also, why was the hotel golf carts the same price to rent as the one by ferry. I my opinion this should have been a little cheaper (Bahia Tolok correct this). No robes in my suite, which it would have been nice.

Great location and they rent golf carts there for a fair price. Nothing

From the moment we walked in we knew we’d be happy to be here. It’s a short 3-5 minute golf cart/taxi ride from the ferry station. About a 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach with clear waters and there’s a little restaurant and bar right in the dock. Which the hotel has some hammocks on the dock and in the water. We loved going out in the morning and at night to see the sea life. The front desk attendants were amazing. Specially Ernesto at the front desk and the restaurant staff were super attentive. Such a little gem. Nothing. The pool and the water were great. The drinks were super solid.

The room was huge and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. We only stayed here one night but would stay longer next time. Loved the vibe there, was well decorated and quiet. We will definitely stay here again. There isn't any beach, but we knew that when we booked it. So really, there's nothing to not like about this place.

A dream location! Ernesto is incredible, sweet and helpful always stepping up and going above and beyond. The restaurant is very good, great service and we spotted a couple of sting rays and barracudas in the evening. They have a singer on Saturday evening. Sunsets are breathtaking. We couldn’t have been happier ❤️

The room and the outdoor areas were really nice. We like to cook some of our own meals and part of the reason for choosing the location was that it had a kitchen. It was however not really useful for a family of 4, as it only had cutlery, etc. for 2 people, no bowls or pots, but only 2 pans, which could only be used one at a time due to the size of the stove.

Peaceful, quiet, beautiful, on the water
