Nothing! Everything was exceptional.

My room was exceptionally clean and the view from the balcony was great for relaxing and watching the evening sunset. The location is very convenient to the ferry, stores and restaurants. Also close to Playa Norte beach - only a 10 minute walk. Everything was great - only thing missing in the room are microvawable plates to reheat food. This was a minor thing - I just had to run down to the on-site restaurant and they let me borrow one ?

The staff was friendly and the view was spectacular! A bit noisy, but died down at night.
-
It was clean convenient and an outstanding view There’s a little bit of street noise

Great location within a walking distance from Playa Norte and all restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and communication with them was efficient. The room was spacious and with two doors between the hallway and the room, it was also quiet. This place is very god value, especially on Isla Mujeres. No beach towels available

Great location, super clean rooms and a beautiful view. Close to playa Norte. Bed was hard and could have more softer.
-
Super clean. Well appointed rooms. Little bit noisy due to street traffic.

The staff! The food! The coffee shop outside! How clean it was! The view from our balcony. Perfect location. Clean Nice sized rooms with daily cleaning if you wish. The birds in the pool. Pool being so close to where people are eating is kinda odd to me.

Everything. The hotel has only 10 rooms. Is small and cute. The views from the terrace are spectacular. Best bed we had in the whole trip. It was massive and comfy. One of the best aircons I’ve ever had in a hotel (I never thought I would mention this in a review lol). Is super central and we couldn’t hear anything from the road or the boats that were getting to the port (is next to the hotel). We couldn’t even heard the restaurant from downstairs. They have a door in the bedroom that separates the corridor and bathroom from the room improving the isolation. They have a coffee machine and coffee (which it was actually ok) in the room as well as a fridge. The people in charge are amazing, they explain everything and they recommends us a few places to eat where locals go and where a 10/10. Our trip around Mexico wasn’t as we expected but thanks to this hotel we manage to forget the previous 10 days ?! If I had to mention something would be the swimming pool. It was hilarious to see the seagulls going for a dive into the swimming pool but at the same time this made the area a bit dirty as well as the swimming pool. But to be honest it didn’t bother us as we spent the whole time in the different beaches.

TV connection kept going out and reloading. Took a long time to watch a movie. ?

The sea view was really nice. The staff was also kind and responded to questions quickly. The location is close to the ferry so I was able to take a short walk to/from with my luggage. I also received help carrying my luggage up a flight a stairs to the room. The AC worked well Including soap in the bathroom sink would be very helpful to wash hands. Soap and shampoo was included in the shower.
-
Convenient to the ferry, room was very clean, great air conditioning, and amazing staff! There was some road noise, but was expected as it is located on the main road. Pool was only open until 8pm.
-
The AC barely worked. It stayed probably 85 during the day and at night it maybe got to 78/79… very unpleasant when temps are hot outside as it is.

2nd stay here! Very clean and spacious room, great communication via WhatsApp, very comfy beds, good air con, lovely balcony and view Nothing I liked it all… my only pointer would be to put some TLC into the pool area and cleaning, not sure if that’s part of the hotel or restaurant, it’s lovely to have but could do with looking after

Exceptional

Room was fresh. Air conditioning worked well. Good shower with hot water. Excellent pillows. Location close to ferry dock made it easy to roll luggage over and check in. Was a bit away from the busy streets but very easy to walk to access everything in north end of island. Noise from street and restaurant below. Balcony floor was dirty and not mopped/swept during 1 week stay. Need to supply beach towels, please, and some hooks on balcony for drying items - this is a beach town.
-
The property location is perfect right off the ferry, and everything is walking distance. The staff went above and beyond with their help and made us feel at home. The only thing was the air freshener in the room as my girl hates those things but just opened the balcony door and all was well

Close to downtown and convenient right when you get off the ferry so you don’t have to go far with your luggage. Extremely clean, friendly staff, hot water, microwave and refrigerator. Love the balcony over looking the marina and watching some of the fishing boats come in with their catches. Boat horn once at 7 A.M. but didn’t really bother us
