Location and staff Ran out of hot water for showers

Location however it’s across from the ferry and very noisy. A/C did not work well, showers were cold rarely hot and one morning no water….

Close to everything very friendly staff

No internet in the rooms, even when I requested to get a room close to the main lobby because of my job I needed internet they said yes but when I got there the receptionist told me they wouldn’t give me that room instead gave me one in the third or fourth floor and you can only get there using the stairs.

The shared kitchen had coffee and pigeon poop all over. The wifi was not reliable. When I mentioned the issue they said it would not be up dated due to the expense. I checked with other guests on the island they were paying the same amount but they had wifi in each room.

We weren’t allowed to put any toilet paper in the toilet. That got a little weird. Toilet did clog so had to have a plunger available. Had to run the water for at least a half an hour before using the shower to get any hot water with very low water pressure. It was clean. It was a beautiful view and the staff was kind.

It's a very centric hotel with a nice manager. The hotel has a nice cafe-restaurant

Location was great! Could have been a little cheaper

Opposite the ferry station and 10 minutes from the north beach. Working air conditioning, fridge in the room and we were able to use the dining area. THIEF STAFF!! They stole my money from my wallet that was in my clothes. This was a big disappointment for me because this is the third time I have spent 1 month each in different states of Mexico and I have never had such a problem anywhere. The owner resignedly just said that it is in the policy that they are not responsible for anything. There was never hot water. The wifi in the lobby and in the dining room is weak also.

Across the street from the ferry terminal. Close to bars and restaurants. No hot water for showers. Need to climb stairs to the roof and point your phone to the west with you right arm and point your left leg to the east for WIFI reception!

The staff was friendly and the location was nice, close to the pier and supermarkets. Some of the walls were grainy and you'd get fine dust on anything you put against it. There were quite a few tiny ants strolling around, but it wasn't much of a hassle. There's only wi-fi in the lobby and cafeteria, but the host let's you know when you book a room, so you're prepared for it. It didn't really bug us. By all means, don't use the bench in the hallway near the cafeteria. It completely ruined my shirt with lots of rust stains.

Great location Bed was hard

Frank recommended a great Cafe for breakfast. Gomar is close to Hidalgo Ave bars, restaurants, shops and night life, as well as the Ferry.
