Hotel Isleño

The bed is good, Hotel is as beautiful as a house The Room doesn't have internet, the hallway doesn't have IC, They don't have towels, and they look very bad I can not put my face in these towels looking like an old dirty bathmat..The employees are NOT friendly including the Manager, They talk very negatively about guests. There are two big Dogs that I must care about when I walk on Halway so as not to step on them because they lying on the way and showing teeth to me..I did not feel welcome with my American Passport ...

The hotel has seen better days but is well located and has everything you need. Room has aircon and fridge. Staff is friendly and helpful and speak English.

Great location and good size of bedrooms. Washroom showerhead stall could be renovated and weird smell in the bedrooms. Not due to lack of cleaning by the cleaning time, I guess it is more related to aged building, finishes ...

Central small hotel on Isla Mujeres. Easy check in, comfortable room, quiet location but close to both beaches and the pedestrian street or ferry.

Location is very central Very bad service from the employees. At first we had to wait until 15:30 with the checkin even we arrived at 14:00... After that we received a room without Wifi. After some time we realised this was not the premium room we booked. After we asked for the premium room, it was sold out... When we asked our money back; they just laught and said we can call the police or booking if I have a problem. Just a simple tourist scam to make more money on a cheap room. Furthermore, the rooms are very outdated and have very uncomfortable beds. Please avoid this hotel at al cost!

Great location, just five minutes walking from the port. Close to the beach and all the spots in the northen part of the island. Yet it was very quite and clean. The hotel is pretty old, very slow wifi and only in the common areas. Receptionist didn’t speak really english - only few words, but we didn’t have deal with any problems to solve.

Super helpful front desk, room was big and clean, shower was great!

I liked they accommodated us even though we did not have a reservation. Receptionist said they had showers we could use to wash out sand, but there’s no showers in the hotel only in the rooms, Bathroom smelled bad and did not looked clean. Hand towel was missing. Internet is week in the rooms.

great value for the price, rooms are clean and little bit old in decor but again in good value! Wi-Fi was working only in the main lobby

The location was good, very close to the main road and not noisy at night. The size of the room was good, beds as well. The aircon was quite noisy, we had a room with balcony which was so small that we could maybe just stand there, not really an issue for us though. No wifi in the room.
