The location is great - easy to walk to from the ferry, away from the main beach Playa Norte so quiet at night. but close enough to walk along the boardwalk right outside the hotel to get to the action in the main area. The room was adequate with a balcony and partial view of the ocean. The staff at the desk were very kind. I was able to check in early upon arrival at 11:00am. There is a grocery store within a two minute walk with anything you may possibly need.

Location After a long day of travel, I wanted to take a shower, but the shower did not work, at all. Had to go to the front desk and wait for the personnel to get someone to fix it. This took a good hour and a half out of our day, secondly, the toilet was not attached to the floor, and it moved if you sat on it and leaned even so slightly to one side it would tip. And lastly, the water pressure and hot water didn’t last very long.

Great location. Close to restaurants and beaches. On arrival we were advised that we were to pay for our week vacation by cash only. We were not advised of this earlier. The showers were cold everyday. Our bathroom shower had a window that allowed any passerby to look into the shower. No blind or opaque covering of the window.

The location was perfect, tv and fridge in the room. Dirty toilet, and only 1 plug in the whole room. Nowhere to hang your clothes or towels, and they only accept cash

We have stayed in several locations on the island. This hotel is a good value for the money. We had room 212 ocean view overlooking the pool. Hang your service room card outside when you want the room cleaned. Leave a tip, we never had to ask for anything, housekeeping made sure we had it. I found the hotel simple but clean. A/C worked well bed was comfortable. I would not hesitate recommending this property

Location is overlooking the Malacon (walking path) and the Caribbean. Great view of sunrise every morning from balcony. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. No problem with hot water. Very small fridge in room and no coffee maker.

Balcony view Helpful staff Walls in the room could use a wash. Coffee in the lobby would be nice. You can only pay cash at the property.

Hotel was very tired and dirty. My son had to take shower head off to clean it so we could have a shower!! Water always cold. Not good experience.

Swimming pool was good. The air conditioner was excellent. The bed was very good. Good ocean view. No chair. ? I had to clean the shower head to get water to come out. No towel bar to hang a wash cloth. A dog was barking for a long time during the night, right next to my window.

Centrally located, great view, walking distance to beach. Clean rooms.

The hotel is located on the east side, next to the plaza with the La Trigueña statue. Our room faced the pool and the ocean. The room is basic, yet clean, freshly painted, good air conditioning and has a ceiling fan. There is a small safe, a small clothes hanging bar, and a few small tables and benches. There is a small fridge and a TV. The beds are new, very comfortable with comfortable bedding. The staff brought us extra towels which were basic, clean, and relatively new. The bathroom was simple, clean, and functional. Give the shower time to run hot. The internet was fast and worked every time during the week. The staff was attentive, responded quickly when we asked for something, and someone was always at the check-in desk. Be advised that we don’t pay ahead for the room on Booking, and there is an added fee if you want to charge the room, when you arrive, on your credit card. For us, staying a week, it would have come to an extra $100. We highly recommend arriving with enough pesos to pay in cash. We were able to check in, get the cash , and pay in two installments. Next time, we will arrive with pesos.

Great location. Clean. Very little warm water . Little or no water pressure. Nowhere to store clothes. No chairs in room. Loud door slamming all night.

We had a great room. We over looked the ocean and the street. The water pressure was low

The location was very good. We were manipulated by the clerk who told us the "credit card machine was broken" and that he would have to call the bank and that cash was so much better and how sorry he was. We were tired after a day of travel and not at our best. I gave him some cash and told him we would try the card the next day. Then, I realized they already had the card information through bookings.com. It was a scam to get cash and he hounded us for two days until it was clear we were not going to give him anymore cash. He ran the balance against the card we used when booking. We also watched him do this to a woman traveling alone from Spain. They did not clean the rooms once. We had to ask for toilet paper. The toilet backed up and it took hours for them to clear it.

Location is ideal. Good wifi connection. Comfortable bed, big room with AC, bathroom, Run down room. Need a little more furniture and hooks to hang and organize.
-
Location Terrible pressure water in shower, almost not coming. Toilet not working properly. Super pricely for whar they offer. Would not recommend.

The location is great. A short walk to the main shopping/restaurant area which is busy and noisy. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows. The shower was horrible.
