Location was great. Pool area wax wonderful.

It was a fantastic stay They were so sensitive to my needs they upgraded me free of charge to a ground floor they helped with my bags and everything was amazing Everything was good

The view of the main pool is amazing! Sea turtles come on shore at night and you can see them from the balcony! There is no restaurant, no elevator and we were on the third floor.
-
Amazing location, very private , beautiful views of the ocean

Great pool, right by the beach! No complaints. Everything was easy

The location was great, my friend and I were traveling without our husbands who drive (we do not) and the location made it easy for us to walk practically everywhere as it's a heartbeat away from dowtown action. But it's also hidden and far away enough for privacy, safety, peace and quiet. I loved the view and that we could see turtles burying their eggs at night. The price is also reasonable. The shower is set up in a way that it's impossible not to get water everywhere. The shower door doesnt prevent the water from leaking out so we would waste towels on the floor to mop up all of the water. It would have been nice if they had a restaurant in the hotel, even if it was just serving the basics and the bar wasn't open until Thursday and when it was open we always had to go to the bar to get our drinks, it would have been nice if they were served to us while on the lounge chair or in the pool. The people who work there did a great job, but not the friendliest people.

Great location and rooms for the price. Really like having the rooms with the pool right outside the room for the kids Some maintenance needs to be done to the rooms. Our toilet broke. The handler was rusted out. The coffee pot definitely needs to be replaced it had ants in the and was full of black grit and the shower barely had any water pressure.

Location. The room was clean No service, the staff is poor, zero service, basically is an airbnb, i had to request to clean my room, the pool area is gorgeus but they dont clean, the chairs outdoor were dirty and nobody cleaned for the 4 days we were there. You can swim at the beach in front of the hotel.

The hotel and staff were super friendly and helpful, we have stayed at numerous other sites on Isla, but this is now our favorite. If you want quiet, peaceful and close to great snorkeling, this is you place.... Not a thing!

Beautiful place, clean and quiet

Beautiful property, rooms were not fancy but perfect for us and you must consider the very reasonable price. So very close to great restaurants. The star of this property is the pool and beach! I have no complaints, only praise for this gem

The ocean pool - that is it. Wish I could find something nice, but this place is bad all around. The customer service at this hotel is awful. The girls that work in the front are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. In addition to their terrible attitudes, this hotel didn't have water. NO WATER. And, they lied about why they didn't have water. The whole island had water except for them. Poorly designed hotel

Very secluded beautiful spot next to everything

Great location, close to everything & loved hearing the waves crashing on the beach from our room. The pool was quite cold & they only allowed 1 beach towel pp per day, and our towels were soaked by the afternoon.

The location was beautiful. However the hotel needs to up it’s game to match the setting Room was worn with peeling paint. Service was rude most times and the staff lied about availability when I requested a room change based on noise level of the HVAC system immediately outside the door (room 10). Lack of introduction to property and its few amenities. Unwillingness to hold luggage in a secure location. Sargassum built up (not their fault) but no attempt by staff to create a bath to the sea, which honestly would have taken 10 minutes.

Great place They offered a shuttle van $65 US airport to ferry seemed like a lot but 4 people and luggage needed a van So after I get home they send me $120 bill instead of $65 I tell them people don't like hotels that steal So new email wants $65 but now I have to wait for bank statements to make sure they aren't double or triple billing me

Small cafeteria and pool bar could probably offer more and better items... but restaurants, small shops and street food are really close by (300-500ft?), so you're ok.

Booked hotel while on Isla Mujeres for a sport fishing trip (sail fishing with KEEN-M). They did a great job and made sure we got to every leg of the trip! Highly recommend.
