The installations are very nice and the sea shore is beautiful!

I absolutely hated that right after we checked in we were ushered to another person for a complete sales pitch when we hadn’t even seen any of the resort. Why would I book another trip when we weren’t even shown to our rooms yet?

I loved how friendly the staff was We didn’t have any hot water for a day and a half, and we had to have somebody come out and fix that and then the showerhead itself had a bunch of green gunk all over it like it had never been changed out or cleaned. Very gross

Only issue was getting transportation from the airport, which was my own fault since I didn't research that. I felt there could have been a bit more of a heads up from the hotel though.

I loved my butlers!! Jimmy and Benjy were AMAZING! I felt safe, taken care of and valued! As a solo traveler, there was never a time where I didn’t feel safe. Every employee I encountered was genuine and friendly, transportation ran very often and quick seating/service at restaurants. Entertainment was also great! I will be staying here again!!
