Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean, spacious with daily room service and the yellow taxis are available just down the block or can be arranged by the front desk. It also felt very safe throughout my stay. N/A

Amazing apartment feels like home Nothing

The location was good. Many problems we face, we had booked to stay till 21st October but we left on 17th October. Water leakage from shower to the bedroom, we told the staff but nothing happened The parking is like a storage area, with bad smells The breakfast was very limited and highly priced. The room cleaning was very bad.

The hotel is excellent in terms of comfort and cleanliness (100%). The staff reception is outstanding, and all employees are very friendly. The hotel is luxurious, offering all the services you may need, including a large gym, a swimming pool, and a restaurant that operates 24/7.

I was too tired to try it. The hotel sent a street taxi to pick me up. The taxi driver was very young. He did not know where he was taking me. He says “ don’t worry lady” “ follow me down these steps”. There were other persons with him that looked suspicious. This was my first time in Turkey. I came by myself and this made me very afraid. I called the hotel and they argued with me. Next, they said they were not a hotel. They were apartment rentals. Next they hung up on me. I called several more times and they would not answer. I then called booking.com. I was crying and at the airport for two hours. The first booking agent was very nice and understanding but the call disconnected. He never called me back. The next booking.com agent was kind and understanding. He said I had two choices. To cancel or get my own taxi to the hotel from the airport. He did not offer to help me secure transportation or offer anything for my horrible experience. I then asked one of many taxi driver to take me. The driver asked the booking.com agent to send the address of my confirmed place to What’s app. The agent said he could not do that and that I would need to look it up to send. Once I got to the Bonmonti, I was shown to my “apartment”. It was very dirty with paper and food on the floor. The terrace door was broken. This door led to a common balcony shared with other apartments. I had not slept in over 24 hrs due to my air travel to Turkey. I was too tired to fight or argue. I was offered another room and refused. I was so done by this point. The maintenance man came to sic my terrace door and U had to wait another 45 min to go to sleep. Also, the taxi driver that I paid with my own money was flirting, asking for my number, telling me how beautiful I was and stop crying. He was trying to get a date. This is the exact reason I needed a safe professional transport. I am disappointed with Bosmonti Arjaan and Booking.com

First day after cleaning the room at around 5 pm, they forget to provide toilet paper and water, and they do not replace towels

My third trip to Istanbul, so far the best hotel i have been. My children enjoyed alot. Very clean hotel. Best price ever. I want to thank Mr. Sami Yildiz for his help en kindness. Enough parking space, nice neighbourhood. 24/7 roomservice with the best restaurant!! Best Burgers i've had so far!!! Nothing, everything was 10/10.
