Very clean and tidy rooms, staff are very friendly. Location is 20min from nearest metro station Management refused to refund 2 nights cancelled for emergency.

The hotel was clean and there was very little noise at night time. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby was spacious and breakfast was decent. The neighborhood is great but away from most tourist attractions. Be prepared to walk a bit (10-20 min) to catch public transport. We could get some fresh air by opening the window (not all hotels have that). The beds were good but we would have loved smaller/softer pillows (never asked though). The room we booked was a bit small for the max capacity allowed (3), but we knew that ahead of the time.

The low roof of the room touching the head and NO muslim shower, only one type of pillows were available and no more options

Great service of the team, especially Sagar, Aziza, Pinar, and Abdullrahman. Breakfast is good, rooms are nice, location is pretty good.
