Nothing absolutely a joke it should be closed down staff very rude unprofessional and breakfast was appalling Was asked to pay additional £15 euro as we arrived few hours before the check in room had mould and damp and bathroom was smelling foul and wallpaper hanging off Towels were smelling and no cleaning took place Everything from room to service to staff

Locations is quite ok, breakfast quite ok. It is not a hotel/ not any star there!

Only the location was ok, not exceptionally good, but ok Everything, absolutely everything was wrong, the rooms are old without maintenance, with leaks in the walls, mold in the corners because of the humidity, the bathroom seems that they have never cleaned it, with the joints of the tiles very disgusting, broken mirrors, there was soap used in the shower which makes me think that they didn't clean the bathroom before entering, I paid 50 euros more to be moved to a better room and it turned out to be just as bad. Really, if anyone is reading this..DON'T COME!

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent hotel stay that I booked through your website, Booking.com. According to the amenities listed on the hotel’s page, tea and coffee-making facilities were supposed to be available in the room. However, there was only an electric kettle provided, with no tea, coffee, or even cups to use. When I requested a glass cup for tea, I was told that none were available. Regarding breakfast, we were informed that it would be served between 8:30 and 10:30 AM. However, when we arrived at 8:45 AM, most of the buffet was already empty. When I asked why, the staff rudely responded that we were late and the food had run out. This experience was highly disappointing and unacceptable

Staff at the reception (besides Mehmet, who is nice and friendly and the boy from Sudan), are mute, unfriendly, barely greet you, you dont even feel welcomed. From the 3 hotels, Laila is in the worst shape (the photos are from there), mold, everything is barely holding together glued with this tape, they didnt invest in the roof, up there are only these tin roof covers so when there are dozens of seaguls it sounds so loud like the hotel is about to fall on your head and it makes it impossible to sleep, I was awake every day around 5,6. The other hotel is better (I think Reina), but still its not finished (no tv in the rooms, no heating). I am definetly not coming back here ever again :(

They switch us to another building when we went for checkin and it's a normal tactic used in turkey by hotels taking booking from online platform more than their capacity and then contacting customers outside the platform to switch the location to another hotel nearby.

I don’t like anything and I want a full refund, until now I am not getting even 1 dirham. We immediately leave the place because of cockroaches Host, room, the smell, cocroach

First the staff was very freindly and speak english and the rooms was so clean and the hotel is just 5 min walking to Sultanahmet square . Nothing

Location was perfect Intermittent Wifi connectivity, during checkout I didn’t like the staff behaviour but staff during checkin was excellent, WiFi was intermittent available.

But I have paid 2 single bed and one double bed. But in actual I got only single bed one and double bed one. Very bad cleaning and stuffs of cleaning are very ruddying attitude

I liked only the location The room was very small,not very clean,in 5 days they did not change out towels ...even if I asked it.In the room there was not electricity so they changed our room.The only positive thing was the location.
