Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, and great location. The room was very small.

In the heart of the historic part of Istanbul. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good and on the top floor with beautiful view to the harbor. Staff was nice. Great value for money. Room was quite small and you could barely get around the bed but it was clean and cozy.

Good location for walking. Comfy beds and good bathroom. Delicious food and breakfast. Kind and helpful staff Don’t have a car, terrible to navigate and too narrow roads and no space to park. We get stuck and had to wait for another car to move before getting out.

Location, front desk staff, breakfast. Housekeeping needs improvement as they don’t clean rooms every day, missing toiletries (no toilet tissue provided), no towel in the shower the 1st day, no bottles of water provided in the room.

Rooms not soundproof

The unique problem was the cleaning, they gave me one dirty room (shower glass, bathroom cup, toilet, kettle) and I talked with reception and they gave me another but similar, I think they never clean this parts.

So, the rooms could use a little tiny bit of fixing, but really minor things, like tightening a faucet. How is that minor? Simple. Everything else was wonderful! Perfect location. The neighborhood is everything you could hope for. The staff was so helpful and friendly... We'll definitely be back! Honestly? Nothing.

It is extremely well located, close to the center. We were staying 3 nights, with the first one being because we were arriving around 6am. We got the hotel, checked in to find out the room is extremely small and not big enough for 3 adults. The space to pass through to the beds was very slim, with a heavier person not doing so comfortably. There were not enough towels for 3 people, and 2 of the pillows did not even have pillowcases. The guy at the reception provided the towels and pillowcases, but no apology or anything. Beds extremely narrow for singles, making it impossible to turn over. Breakfast was not at that hotel, but a sister one up the road - not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was horrible, it had bread, cheese, some assorted deli meats, that we had no idea what it was, boiled pasta and french fries. No juice, and you had to pay for any coffee or tea. Member of staff not really helpful not even helping us getting a taxi. One of the members of out party had a fall and had to receive medical care, and this room was not at all suitable as the facilities were not comfortable, spacious and the breakfast was not acceptable. We moved after this to another hotel.

The location was perfect, under 10 minutes from Sultanahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque). There are many stores and restaurants in proximity. The last 100 meters to the hotel are on a deserted street, we had no problems. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. They have a rooftop (closed) terrace where they serve breakfast. It as very nice. The majority of the staff was very nice. They have an elevator. The breakfast program was between 8 - 10.30, so 2 hours and a half ad during this time the one or two people there would take a break. During the break there was nobody to make you an omelet (which was the only warm product). Also the machine preparing coffee and hot chocolate remained without chocolate powder and nobody added new one for 2 days. The room was split in 2 sides because of the bed, and in order to pass in the area near the window you had to cross a 15 cm wide space (se photos). For e it was ok, but for more big people it might be a real problem. The WiFi had good moments and bad ones. I really don't know why sometimes it would work without problems and other times you couldn't even see an internet page.

The room was bit tiny which i expected as per the previous reviews. Barely one person can move around.

I liked the cleaness of the hotel and the reception was very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The lady in the kitchen was rude. She was not respectful and did not treat us very good.

Great little hotel behind the Blue Misque in Istanbul. The rooms were super clean, great showers and wonderful breakfast. I highly recommend

It was difficult to get an early check-in, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, I wish there were more functioning power outlets in the room for charging mobile devices

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and quiet — exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. The location is also excellent, with easy access to local shops and transport. A special thanks to Kadir at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful with local recommendations, and always made sure everything was in order. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for great service and a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely prime, making it super convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The staff were extremely well-mannered, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming, striking a perfect balance between comfort and elegance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, conveniently located place with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again! . If I had to point out one minor thing, it would be that I would have loved if the rooms were a bit bigger in size but that’s just a personal preference and didn’t take away from the overall great experience.
