The Reina Istanbul

The bedroom was decent and well decorated. Most importantly the location was near the tram and important landmarks The room was difficult to move around in, and the bathroom did not have any drainage so the floor was constantly covered with water until the cleaning staff came to clean it every other day, that was our biggest issue and made us widely uncomfortable. Additionally the sheets did not feel that clean after they are changed.

It was very dirty, old and bedsheets with spots. Maybe used 10 years continuously

We went into this plaice as it looked nice on booking.com. wow wat a shit hole went in dropped bags of went out found a better beutiful hotel for our stay..... wouldn't let my animal stay in thst dirty hovel Al of it

Breakfast with low-quality ingredients and an underground environment without an elevator with narrow and dark stairs that are not at all suitable for older people. Also, the environment is polluted and there are cockroaches and insects. We had 2 rooms with 3 beds. Rooms on the 4th floor. You can see mold and fungus in the corner of the bathroom and its rotten door. The door of the room had a problem. One room had no telephone. There was no kettle, hairdryer or safe. The shower was broken. The tap was broken. The furniture in the room was very old, rotten, broken and dirty.Their young and good staff do their best to meet your needs and solve your problems, but the main problem is the old building and equipment. The location is close to the tourist attractions, but the narrow, steep and breathtaking alleys and the sound of the loudspeakers of the nearby mosques 5 times a day and night ?Also, the loud noise of the passengers in the adjacent rooms until midnight and the smell of their smoking.

very happy from what I get from this hostel with this price it is in very good area and very close to tram station the breakfast was not something special but for this price was more than enough (and come one what everyone use to eat on his house everyday ) I would recommend it to friends the room was cleaning everyday but have in mind that you get what you pay and don't expect everything perfect

Location was the main reason booking this place. Beds were comfortable. Everything was walking distance. Hotel needs updating as rooms were not in good shape and lots of issues. Shower clips were broken so had to be used via handheld. Towels were in a bad state and worn did not feel comfortable to use them. Pillows were tatty and worn out. Electronic door handle had issues so was left open during most of the stay as no one remembered to fix it. Some staff were friendly and some that were too abrupt towards children which made it a little hostile. Would class this place a 2 star hotel apartment.

It was just a place to sleep. Had air conditioning and running water. I booked a room with Reina Hotel but was put in another property without being told or asked. So basically the hotel lied about having a room open in Reina for my time of stay. The door looked like it was just put in and it could not be secured from the inside. Cleaning staff left my door ajar after “cleaning” two days in a row. Shower has mold or mildew growing in it. Shower is too small and has no door only a partition. When showering water runs around partition behind sink. Sink faucet is not secured to sink. Only one flush button works on the toilet. Towels are old/thin and need replaced. Water is too cool to take a shower at times when others are using hot water. The bed is too big for the room and there are scuff marks on the walls where ppl walk around the bed. Desk is too small and is broken. Refrigerator is put in closet taking up space. Safe is inside closet but is not secured to anything. No working fan in bathroom for humidity. WiFi was not password protected.
