Location is so good close to all services There was no room cleaning during our stay, with the manager explaining that the housekeeper was sick. No refund or compensation was offered. Breakfast was not provided as a buffet; instead, a very small portion of the same food was served every day. Additionally, the manager did not inform us that breakfast was not a buffet, despite the fact that we asked at check-in about the breakfast location and timing. The following morning, we waited in the room expecting breakfast, but no staff were present and no information was given. The shower was broken and leaking, and there was no kettle available for making tea or coffee. The heater did not work for two nights. We requested an extra bedsheet and were told it would be provided within an hour; however, after three days, it was never delivered. The TV was not working, and the remote control had dead batteries. Although we were two guests, we were provided with only one key card.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Nice and friendly staff and close to main attractions.

Location is just perfect close to all Spice Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Topkapi. Very helpful and friendly staff, flexible to late check-in and early check-out. Clean and refurbished rooms. Fridge (mini) upon request. Small and repetitive breakfast. But nice turkish tea!

Location Bathroom drain is bad.. The room is so small, no enough space bags.. Towels are with bad smell.. Breakfast was not included.. Air conditioner isn't working, but room.. temperature was good without the need for conditioner.. I asked for a taxi to the airport, and they promised me provide one, but no taxi ,then I used uber application..

The location of the hotel is perfect,the staff were so friendly especially Abdulhamid and Natalia where she made the breakfast with love

Very poor

GREAT location, so close to all the sites as well as transport options. Staff were all really friendly and nice, breakfast was good with excellent coffee, and our room was quiet, had aircon, and a balcony. The cleaning could have been more thorough - we saw some hair/dust on the floor right next to the walls and under the bed when we moved it.

The room is clean and the bed is very confortable. The wifi is ok The breakfast is basic and the service is from 9h00 to 10h30. I only use it one time. They didn’t clean the room the second day !

Excellent location, cutest hotel kitty. Bathroom door wouldn't close, aircon was either blasting icy air, or circulated the air in the room, there was no middle ground. One of the lights didn't work and never got fixed despite daily reports and promises. Breakfast was *very* basic. A boiled egg, a few slices of cheese, two small slices of cold cut, two baby tomatoes, two slices of cucumber, a single tiny pot each of butter, jam, honey, and chocolate spread. Came with Turkish tea, anything else (coffee, for example) was extra.

Good location, many things within walking distance as well as main public transportation. On arrival there were still tufts of hair in the shower, the sink was dirty and the fridge had not been emptied. There were things in it that had been opened. The floor was dusty and there was hair lying around in many places. At least the bed and toilet were clean. Although I had booked a room with a double bed, I was given one with two single beds. The hotel staff then simply pushed them together - no need to mention the gap in the middle. The breakfast was not extensive. There was no water, only one tea and the second was brought reluctantly on request. I only had breakfast there once…

Good location. Poor room service. No cups for making coffee and tea. After asking for cups, we only received 4 paper cups for a 5-day stay. No fridge in the room and we had to ask for it too. Modest breakfasts served on a plate. Coffee for breakfast at an additional charge. The balcony was very small and adjacent to the wall of another building. The rooms were very dark, we had to have the light on all the time. There was a constant smell of cigarettes in the room, and we had booked a non-smoking room and there was also noise from the neighboring rooms. I do not recommend.
